“My Corolla car suddenly stopped starting. There's no engine sound or no clicking noise when I try to start it. The battery seems fine, as the lights, wipers, and audio are all working perfectly, but the engine wouldn't start at all.
When I visited Safety Auto Repair in Bothell and met Farshad, he immediately understood the issue. He even came with me to where my car was parked, thoroughly checked everything, and identified that the starter was faulty. I had my car towed to his workshop, and within a few hours, he had it fixed. Now, the car runs great. This place is great and quick at getting the job done.”

“Carstar Collision Clinic Edmonds is my new go-to repair shop! They were amazing in getting my Mazda CX-30 back to good-as-new shape. From the estimate process to checking in, to getting the Enterprise rental taken care of, it was all fantastic. Oh, and they did a great job on the car which I guess is most important. “I had them paint a replacement mirror housing that broke on my car and they were able to give me a walk in estimate and got it painted within a day which is just awesome! The paint is a 98% match and hard to tell the difference unless you look very closely!”

“CARSTAR has worked on 2 cars for me. Both times the service was great! This last time, they fixed my son's Ford Focus. We were afraid that the repair costs might exceed the value of the car, but John took extra care and searched for some refurbished parts to keep the cost down. It took extra time, but the car was fixed, insurance covered it, and the results were beautiful! Everyone at CARSTAR is super nice, plus they do all of the work with the insurance company (once the initial claim is filed). They make a very unpleasant situation very easy to deal with. Included are before and after photos of the car. You can't tell it was damaged at all.”
“I am in town from Oklahoma because my mother passed away and am pregnant. Needless to say when her car wouldn’t start this evening at the grocery store I had a complete meltdown of all the things that could be wrong. I was convinced it was her starter or alternator and I’d have to have it towed AND I leave town in a few days. He answered my call and said he’d come right away to try and jump it incase that was the issue before we worried about anything else. He said 10 minutes and he was to me in 8! The hood of the truck was impossible to open but he kept trying and figured it out for me! He got it charged, realized I had left the headlights on from the last time I drove it 2 days ago (grief, pregnancy brain, and I am used to driving my new cars) and also that the wheel had locked. I was up and going in at most 10 minutes AND not once did he make me feel stupid and make fun of me. He was SO kind and understanding about it and made it seem like it was no big deal. The nonjudgment, complete speediness, knowledge, and reassuring kindness made my horrible week a little better. 100/5 stars if I could!”
“My experience with Brandon and the team was very positive. I'd recommend them.I appreciated that they were patient with my questions; provided me two quote estimates; worked with me when I wanted to pay out of pocket to avoid raising my insurance rates; and sent me text notifications keeping me appraised of developments.They were proactive in notifying me when an earlier appointment time became available.There were couple issues, which I think they handled professionally and are understandable. They noted that my repair paint job had been scuffed, so they were going to fix it, but that'd take a little more time. 2) They mentioned my car would be ready by EOD, but when I didn't hear from them, I called just before closing for an update. They were apologetic and told me they'd give me an update the next morning, which they did. 3)The final cost was about $200 greater than the estimate and my pick-up date was about 3 days later than the initial estimate, but my car is old and I wasn't in a hurry. Not perfect, but I'd take those issues with friendly service and proactive communication rather than spot on estimates and made to feel like I was being conned / ignored.”
“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough.
