When I arrived to get my trailer they were polite and dealing with some pretty nasty customers but they kept professional and I was impressed with their positive attitudes and how they handled grumpy people. There was an error on my rental somehow and luckily Shelby was there to help fix the problem efficiently and satisfactorily! Overall great experience! Please be nice guys!
