Been impressed with the changes that they have done since purchasing this location, as the place is definitely more “secure”. The site manager, Krystal, is all about customer service. Very attentive to details in our needs.”
“After getting our mail broken into twice in a couple of months our HOA decided that we wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old mailboxes to the new stronger mailboxes. Our HOA had found a couple of sites that sold them, one person that would install it if we had a concrete pad and was looking for a 3rd contractor to pour a pad and haul away our old mailbox. I reached out to Christian and they were able to handle all aspects of the job in a timely manner. He even had the mailbox in stock. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed as promised at the exact quoted amount. Christian is very friendly and I spoke with him for a few minutes during the install and he goes the extra mile to make the process smooth for his customers. He confirmed the day before and the morning off and showed up on time. I would highly recommend you work with him for your locking mailbox.”

“Such an effective solution for a virtual address for small businesses, people who live on boats, anyone who wants to separate work life from their home address. Fantastic, personalized customer service. We've had an address there for 2 years and have been very satisfied with the solution to needing a street address for deliveries for packages and regular mail. 24/7 access to your box, M-Sat accesd larger packages. Excellent communication with Ryan, the owner/operator.”

“This store is a neighborhood treasure... actually a 2 neighborhood treasure (needed both locations). Just love, love love these people. At some point or another, we've used just about all their mailing and professional services... plus had more than a few of their delicious cookies. Trusted them with both time sensitive and sensitive stuff (important/valuable to us)... even while traveling... and they ALWAYS come through in a way you that you can count on AND doesn't make you feel like a number. Never write reviews, but we can't recommend the Sip and Ship enough.”
“Love this place! The employees are helpful and well-informed, which is great when trying to figure out the best shipping option. They also can print things for you (for a small fee) if you email it to them. There’s a loading zone spot outside, so parking has never been a headache. It’s also dog friendly!”

“This is our go to UPS store, he one on 100th next to subway and down from Bartells. It's the closest to where we live.The employee'sare very helpful. The mail gets picked up earlier between 12:30pm and 2pm. If packages are brought in after that time they are picked up then I believe the package goes out the next day same time between. I asked that question because I wanted to make sure my items got sent out the same day. This UPS is closed on Sundays. I called the one up by target and Safeway but they said the packages don't go out until the next day at 5pm. So im thinking why take my packages there if the UPS sends them monday-saturday at 5pm daily?Its most beneficial If I wait until monday at least then the packages will be sent out between 12:30pm and 2pm.sooner at the UPS ON 100TH AVE Edmonds bowl location.The biggest issue for me is getting the package/s sent out as early as possible. Even if 5 UPS stores are open on Sunday's their mail carrier comes the earliest around here at 5pm the next day Monday. Nothing g gets sent out on Sunday's”

“Great hours, the location is very convenient. I love that I can just drop off my prepaid package. I work longer hours so closing at 6:00 makes it nice when I need to drop packages off or mail packages out! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful!”
“I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”

“I’m 9 months pregnant and had a huge, relatively heavy box to return. I went into UPS and asked the manager, Al, if I could borrow a dolly so I could wheel the box from my car to the UPS store. Al was generously kind enough to help me get the box (using a dolly) from my car and wheel it over to the store himself. I really appreciate his proactive thoughtfulness in helping me out greatly!!!”

“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”
