“Today we were nearby and stopped in to try to sort out a UPS delivery issue we are having. We learned that the UPS Store is not all that connected to UPS delivery so they could not directly help. However, Hannah, the clerk, was very attentive and empathetic, listening to us and explaining the system and giving us a number to call to sort out the delivery system problem. I hope the staff there are continued to be supported in being kind human beings rather than soulless bureaucrats! On the other hand, the UPS delivery service needs a lot of help in their website and communications systems...”

Much to my relief, the staff at Sip and Ship was up to the challenge in preparing the art work for safe shipping and timely arrival.Based on that experience more than 10 years ago, I have continued to rely on Sip and Ship for a variety of shipping challenges and the occasional need for expiditing personal communications by email or fax or obtaining notary services including witnessing by staff members when needed.I have come to realize that Sip and Ship is much more than a business for shipping services but actually a hub for finding that special message card or perfect gift for almost every occassion as well as taking that much needed interruption to the daily grind by enjoying your preferred brew of coffee or a delicious homemade pastry at the coffee bar at the rear of the shop. “I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”

“Pling on - we have had a box at Dockside pretty much since the inception of the business (the owner and my wife are well acquainted from our days of having a boat at Shilshole). They receive our mail for our business, no problem. They forwarded the mail for our business, no problem. When asked, they hold the mail for our business, no problem. And as others have stated, the staff is beyond friendly. I can't really speak definitively to rates, as we never shopped around (my wife was eager to support the owner Lisa when she opened Dockside's doors), but other posters have said the rates are competitive, and I am prepared to assume they are. Highly recommend.”

At some point or another, we've used just about all their mailing and professional services... plus had more than a few of their delicious cookies. The challenge of collaborating with the mailbox users for the replacement funding and working with the USPS were more substantial. My advice... if you have a vandalized community mailbox that needs replacement - the sooner you begin the replacement process the sooner the USPS will be able to resume mail delivery.”

“This is our go to UPS store, he one on 100th next to subway and down from Bartells. It's the closest to where we live.The employee'sare very helpful. The mail gets picked up earlier between 12:30pm and 2pm. If packages are brought in after that time they are picked up then I believe the package goes out the next day same time between. I asked that question because I wanted to make sure my items got sent out the same day. This UPS is closed on Sundays. I called the one up by target and Safeway but they said the packages don't go out until the next day at 5pm. So im thinking why take my packages there if the UPS sends them monday-saturday at 5pm daily?Its most beneficial If I wait until monday at least then the packages will be sent out between 12:30pm and 2pm.sooner at the UPS ON 100TH AVE Edmonds bowl location.The biggest issue for me is getting the package/s sent out as early as possible. Even if 5 UPS stores are open on Sunday's their mail carrier comes the earliest around here at 5pm the next day Monday. Nothing g gets sent out on Sunday's”

You have the option to stop by to pick up the mail or have them mail it to you for an additional cost. Their staff is polite, respectful and always willing to help. Overall, great value!”

“InCitySpace was actually our third try at this. We needed an address for our home-based business that wasn't a PO Box. At first we went with a locally owned shipping store, but didn't love that when people searched for us they'd see a shipping store at that "our" address & as we grew we realized we also needed access to an office and/or conference room a few days a month to meet with clients. That prompted us to switch to a co-work space in the area, which also didn't work out. InCitySpace has been great for us to be able to rent an office with all the amenities needed (like a conference room, kitchen, etc) but without the start up costs/hassle associated with being on your own. Mail handling & secure place to send packages is a nice added bonus.”
