“Leo's Auto Repair is a true gem. I bring my car here for both routine maintenance and when my older car starts making mysterious noises. Leo is talented and thorough and gets to the bottom of what's going on and they do it quickly! Carolina is kind and communicative which I appreciate because car problems can be stressful. She keeps me informed of the status and patiently answers all of my questions. The fees are super reasonable - much lower than what it would be at a dealer - and especially given the attention and care with which they approach each car. Feeling comfortable on the road - priceless. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

Getting my car worked on is ALWAYS stressful. It may be one thing that brings me in the door, but I wonder what else will be found and almost always expect to be talked into something I'm not sure I need. But this shop is completely different.
Brian was FANTASTIC! He took the time to make sure we scheduled a time that truly worked best for me, not just jamming me into some time slot.
He communicated every step of the way and definitely went above and beyond patiently answering any and all questions I had putting my mind completely at ease.
I felt informed enough to make the right decision on the work that needed to be performed without feeling pressured or written off.
He was a strong advocate for me with the warranty company and was able to secure maximum coverage, which I know is no small feat and meant the world to me.
It was refreshing to leave a shop feeling cared for as a customer and confident in the work, knowing there is a place with people that will treat both me and my car with respect and kindness.

“I'm from Chicago, but living in Washington for work. I knew my car needed an oil change and went in the morning not knowing what to expect. They helped me get to know it's a nice first come first serve for oil changes and got my car in. I am happy with the service and all. I wish I could have gotten their names but this one worker helped with me when I had to go back to ask a very dumb car question (now that I look back at it) but got it all figured out. Along with my water bottle I had totally forgotten about! Thanks so much for not making me feel like a total dummy but if I'm still in town will return!”

“Corey is a gem. I had been tirelessly looking for a first car for my son. Corey was recommended to me by a few friends and clients. I brought 3 different cars to Corey for him to look over for a pre purchase inspection. He saved me twice! One car had a looming transmission issue that could’ve cost me $6,000 and the second car had a head gasket issue.
