“I usually love Safeway and we do go to this location a lot but this place really needs to hire more people to help with physically checking people out. My largest all time pet peeve is checking myself out at the grocery store. They almost NEVER have anyone working one of their checkout lines. And on the off chance they do one day, the person is never there and you need to call them over. Another pet peeve is that far too often, sale items do not ring up as such. I feel i need to take a picture of ever sale item so I can show it to someone when i check out, then coupled with the fact no one works the checkout line, i often give up and just pay full price because it is too much of a hassle to call them over. That being said the few people that do work the checkout lines are AMAZING and beyond nice. Especially, the older gentleman that always wears a Canada mask. He is always willing to strike up a conversation and help customers.”

“Brian and staff are amazing at customer service, patient care, communication and turn around time. They go above and beyond to help my family get answers and obtain medications that are difficult to find. This is one of very few privately owned and compounding pharmacy's, please support local small business in Issaquah and change you prescriptions over asap from all the big box stores.”

“Very large, well stocked. Certainly a better, larger, and cleaner store than the Fred Meyer in Redmond. Usually carries things that the Fred Meyer in Redmond doesn't because the Fred Meyer in Redmond is small and gross and stuff. Produce is ok and cheaper than its sister QFC stores.”

“This review is long overdue about a remarkable and stellar human being, Bruce, who is the most beautiful person I have encountered in a very long time.Bruce is someone whom everyone needs in their daily existence~ the sunshine and spirit lifter, without a doubt! He goes unnoticed doing his best to make sure every customer is valued. The world needs to stop and take a page from Bruce’s book of care and compassion while serving others in the public. He’s shy, yet caring, compassionate and diligent, while making sure he gets the customer in and out of the store in a very timely and most polite way. Bruce will go the extra mile to assist a customer even though he’s busy with other duties in the store. He’s so rich in the gifts he possess; ultimately, resulting in the spirit of giving and caring, unconditionally, and is a stellar soul whom I dearly admire and appreciate. To sums up Mr Bruce’s character: he’s“All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today”.I thank you, (on behalf of every customer you serve…) Mr Bruce, for all your diligence and contributions to this lost world of-the-art of customer service and care! You are very much “the flowers [needed] of all the tomorrows….” You make this world a much better place by contributing your gifts and talents with a heart for ALL mankind!”

“Thank you for being so awesome. I arrived Tuesday to pick up my prescription. It was totally fouled up. 20 minutes later I was out the door with the right stuff. I was impressed how the pharmacist picked up the phone and solved the problem with no hassle.”

“Faith is the ideal pharmacist. She excels with patients and fosters a positive environment with her coworkers. Her passion for caring for others keeps her cheerful and resourceful. As a role model for teamwork, she values the hard work of her technicians and prioritizes education over entitlement, setting a standard that contrasts with some pharmacists at other locations.”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and the staff is always so helpful! I don't plan to ever switch to another pharmacy. Thanks Fred Meyer Pharmacy staff!!”

“I have always had a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. All of the pharmacists are clear in directions of medications explaining medication interactions Etc Christiana is one of my favorite Pharmacy techs! They do get very busy so sometimes the weight can be a little bit to get your prescription. But what pharmacy isn't? Just a little patience. I was shocked reading all of the negative reviews I definitely don't agree with them and I've been using this Pharmacy for a couple of years now. I have never seen any unprofessional behavior from any of the pharmacists at all. I saw a reference to the pharmacist Steven and what I read was absolutely out of his character and even on his most frustrated days with tons of people in line I have never seen him exude ill Behavior towards anybody! I feel like sometimes there's a lot of Karen's writing these reviews.”

“I have had a long history with many pharmacists in various states. As a customer who has experience of understanding what their job is like with ONLY two people day after day, while running a high-volume pharmacy, I know they are badasses. They are hard workers and focused. They may seem distant because there is a lot on their plate that involves them being concerned with EVERYONE who needs their medication. They may not be able to answer calls because they are working with many customers WHILE carefully filling medications, so that yours may also be filled. Please be mindful of such high volume and the fact these these people work extremely hard all day every day.You guys rock. I wish I was capable of what you do.”

“I hadn't been to Fred Meyer's in eons, and of course jumped at the chance for a quick shopping trip, and a walk down memory lane. If you haven't had an opportunity to shop at Fred Meyer's, it's a unique shopping experience, that truly needs to be experienced. The store literally has something for everyone. For those of you that might remember the old store called Gemco, they had groceries, furnishings, clothes, toiletries, furniture, and so much more, Fred Meyer's is Gemco on steroids. It's awesome. The grocery store section is filled with anything and everything you can possibly imagine. Literally one stop shopping. I actually found more options and different items at Fred Meyer's than I do in my own local specialty stores. It was pretty amazing. The clothing area is what it is. It's more akin to Walmart, target etc. You're not gonna find your designer dad's here, but you will find reasonably priced basic clothing. The toiletries area is huge! They literally offer almost every type of over the counter/drugstore makeup, toiletry, beauty products than you can imagine. I found products made by certain manufacturers that I never see when I'm home. I probably could've spent forever looking at anything and everything in the store. The furniture area was filled with all sorts of items all reasonably priced, and a great place to shop for a kids room, or when you're looking for inexpensive college dorm items, or you're just trying to stay within a small budget of being able to furnish your own place. They really do have it all. I did not make it over to the jewelry section, and I really should have because once upon a time, Fred Meyers was known for upscale expensive jewelry. They used to carry diamonds that you would only find in high-end specialty stores. I'm curious what type of jewelry they currently offer. Fred Meyers is still a super cool place to shop, and I know that when I walk through the doors I will be able to find anything and everything that I'm looking for.”

“It's a typical Fred Meyer's and that's a good thing. Fred Meyer's is the best all-around grocery store chain in the area. We would probably shop here all the time if we didn't have good options (ie Trader Joe's) that are much closer to us. Fred Meyer's is the place to go to for the best, cheap produce. And they have all of the standard brands, something that is lacking at Trader Joe's. My kids yearn for Oreos and Cheerios and other favorite brands, every once in a while.”

“I don't get all the negative reviews (most from ages ago) except to say there's a lot of highly affluent and exceptionally entitled people in this area with zero self-awareness. To the negative reviewers: So you had to wait 20 mins for your Rx because you were too impatient to wait for the text message saying it's ready...poor baby...a minor inconvenience of your own making. I've frequented this location and its Pharmacy consistently for the last 3 years (before and after merger with Rite Aid) and not once have I ever experienced anything short of exceptionally friendly, courteous, and prompt service from literally every employee I've encountered. I've been greeted every time I've stepped inside the door ...every time! I can't think of another retailer I can say that about.”

“Ira had 4 prescriptions and I had 2 prescriptions to pick up today. Michelle was the pharmacist that assisted us. She greeted us with a smile and knew us from being there many times previously. She is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped us many times previously, the last time preparing a COVID shot record for both of us because we didn't get all the information on the email we received for them. We appreciate the great service she gives us. Please pass our thanks onto her and her supervisor. Thank you.”

“Interesting store orientation where you drive in one way and park hither or thither. If you're lucky you might find a space up front with "0" minutes time limit(!) Enter through the far corner where both doors often open in tandem as you vacillate between one or both. (Choose wisely lest you let all the cold air in.) Before long, yellow tags draw you in to sales, orange tags to clearance and closeouts. A discount shelf in the back is stocked regularly but haphazardly—so haphazardly (see pic) you'll have trouble matching items with prices. A bathroom is available in the back: not the cleanest but if you gotta go you gotta go. Pharmacy is ok, sometimes with longish lines and peevish people waiting. Picked up an Rx once or twice, but was happy that the clerk helped me get a better price by using GoodRx. Sometimes you get free photos through a promo code, so if that doesn't bring you in then maybe something else will, like the occasionally cheery staff who'll be happy to process a requested refund or advise you on how to use cash rewards before they expire. Oh and there was the free ice (see pic) that they gave away once while their freezer was being repaired. A nice gesture that could be well extended to other essentials, but maybe not in this lifetime.”

“First time I’ve gone there for a vaccination. Shingrex was scheduled. I have a condition which is impacted by that particular shot. Then I find a second is needed about a month later.I was very impressed by the pharmacist’s knowledge of my condition and we chatted about what reactions to expect aside from the normal. Slipped by any abnormal reaction thank goodness.I’ll be going back for #2 when the time comes and schedule an RSV poke there too.”
