“I'm actually writing this after no longer using this pharmacy because I transferred to a new pharmacy after I moved 8 months ago, and I am realizing just how good I had it before with this pharmacy. My prescriptions were always filled promptly, even controlled medications, which have to have a renewed prescription monthly, were filled shortly after being sent to this pharmacy. They always answered the phone, were polite and friendly, the pharmacy was well stocked, they answered my questions and I never had any issues to speak of.I seriously feel like sending this pharmacy a card or gift basket because after transferring to another pharmacy where the phone rarely gets answered (maybe twice out of ten times calling and waiting on hold 30 plus minutes each time), the pharmacy shuts down for the whole day randomly, I've been yelled at and hung up on when the phone did finally get answered once after waiting half an hour, my prescriptions are never ready and I have to go in to talk to the staff and wait an hour in store to get anything filled even if it has showed "in processing" for days on the app. My new pharmacy never remembers me and acts totally apathetic that I exist. I'm sure this pharmacy isn't perfect, but dang they have their act together between efficiency and being polite. My doctor's office used to be in the same parking lot and my prescriptions would be called in during my appointment and I'd walk over and get them right afterwards. Now that's service. I never had to have the massive anxiety that I have now never knowing if I'll be able to access the medication I need daily.So thank you, CVS Pharmacy staff in Target at the Renton Landing. I appreciate you and how much easier you made my life for the years I went to you. I miss your pharmacy and wish you all the best.”

“Went to this pharmacy and although it was busy and backed up the staff are extremely professional and hard working. Just read some reviews and especially the one below I just don’t understand how customer can give 1 star to the staff as it’s not their fault for being understaff. Are you people not aware of our economy and the fact that there’s layoffs and the entire corporate retail space are short bodies. I was actually there in line when that protest was happening. People are nasty and not understanding. Those people were going in the pharmacy banging on the gate not allowing the employee and staff to close using profanity and threatening them. To my understanding it’s a safety hazard for the staff to close later than the expected time as I hear many pharmacies getting robbed especially at night. Those who come 10 min before closing at any retail space are looked down upon. Maybe next time come way before the time or just send your prescription else where.”

“My doctor sent the prescription to the wrong Bartell store in Fairwood, but both pharmacies promptly resolved the issue when I called them to correct the mistake. The technician even called me to inform me when the prescription was ready, which only took about 10 minutes. Additionally, the pharmacist reached out to me to address my concerns about the prescribed medication. They were also quick to provid me with 8 boxes of COVID testing when I asked about it at the last minute. Overall, I had an excellent experience here yesterday, and I would like to express my gratitude to the pharmacist for her exceptional kindness for giving me a call to go over the medication for my son.”
