“Best place around to get roofing materials, and some of the best prices. Mark up front is very helpful, he's been around roofing since I started roofing 25 years ago. So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you have”
“Jay and Dennis are awesome! I went to Harbor Frieght to buy a hole-saw but the kit came factory with the wrong chuck peieces to fit my dewalt drill. I was worried about taking my dewalt drill I had just purchased from Milton Ace on Sunday in the store. I didn't want anyone to think I had stollen it, as crime for these tools is insane around this town. But Jay assured me I could bring it in to make sure the chuck would fit. Dennis was able to find me a hole-saw that not only worked with my drill, it did a great job at the task. Twice now Ace has left me with great customer service on a great product. Thank you Jay and Dennis! Coming to Ace saves me time and headache.”

“This is the second time I’ve been here with a super good experience I forgot to share the first one from a while ago with a lady named MaryJo, that helped me pick out gardening stuff.Tonight I went in there and a guy by the name of Mike helped me. He recommended these two products, saying they worked for him, like overnight and they’re safe. I like it! I can’t stand the smell of red wine vinegar. I also like that even if there was self checkout (cuz I’m not even positive if they have it) but that there’s still a cashier available all the way til closing! (Unlike Safeway) ? also everyone seems very friendly”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”
