“Julie, Caroline, and Andrew were nothing short of amazing!I was attempting to cut a 2in diameter hole for a desk mount. I purchased both chuck sizes HURCULESE brand to fit the saw which was also HURCULESE. The addapter for the larger size chuck didt fit my 3/8th in drill. So I returned it for the entire HURCULESE holesaw kit. I checked it in my car just to find out, the kit assumes you have both 3/8th AND 1/2in drills available at your disposal. The employees were nothing short of amazing returning the kit even though I had opened it. The return process was seemless for me but absoltuly cumbersom for your employess. This is a shot at Corprate Harbor Frieght. NOT my local store. I buy here atleast once a week for somthing that would take too much time to find at Homedepot or just to find out they only carry it online. Julie, Caroline, and Andrew thank you! sorry for the trouble even though NONE of you complained at any part of the anoing process(just want to be fully clear about that), and Corprate please fix this process for my local store.Thank you.”

“These guys are great. They always have what we need and their customer service is next level. We were in a bind and couldn’t leave a job. Called late afternoon and asked if it was possible to have a handful of bolts delivered and was asked when and where. We would have had missed flights and extra days on the job without these guys.We also had a little oversight on the job and didn’t have enough water with us up a tower. Feeling weak from dehydration but in a rush to finish the job I asked Rick I believe who delivered the bolts if he could find a few bottles of water at a local store and put them on a lifting line up to us. Without hesitation he got water to us with snacks and declined compensation. That is so far above and beyond I don’t know to adequately show my appreciation.These guys have always been so helpful with what we need and patient when I’m trying to figure out what will work but today I feel the need to publicly give a shout out. I wasn’t expecting the service I got but man did they come through!”
