“I really love this small business Ace Hardware store in Spanaway with local workers in the neighborhood. I've always had great service here by the people in Hardware and even in the plant area by Jewels whom I miss greatly working there.
I met a new hire today at Ace Wade and he is a super personal employee that the staff says just started there a few weeks ago. What a helpful nice person he is. I think he is fitting in very well with the Ace Hardware family that I shop at frequently.”

“Amazon is in this location. Did not shop but I saw some clearance items with ceiling fans and bird seeds and also a sign saying some plants are 50%. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Drink machine in the back and they are very helpful. Prices are a pricey for some items.”

“Best place around to get roofing materials, and some of the best prices. Mark up front is very helpful, he's been around roofing since I started roofing 25 years ago. So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you have”

“So I wanted to rent a hand dolly to move a couple heavy objects up some stairs. They do have these here for $27/4hrs. So I gave them a 4 star review for having them but would've given 5 stars had I not found it cheaper at U-haul rentals for $10/24hrs.”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”

“I can almost find everything I need here for my constant DIY projects. If I can't find it then one of the employees is always willing to assist me. The ONLY problem I have with this store is that the shoplifters have been so prolific that the staff has no choice but to assume everyone is a thief. I don't like the feeling that I can't be trusted, Employees surreptitiously eyeballing my every move. I get it, and because it's such a common occurrence, the staff really has no choice. I don't know what else they can do but I'm sharing my own POV so others going there to shop don't take it personal. It's a shame that the thieves have ruined it for so many customers. Don't let my opinion stop you from shopping there because it's a great place to find more than just hardware and the staff really do a great job with customer service assistance.”
