I just don't understand the prices at this store. This use to be my primary store for groceries until they merged with Albertsons ownership and the prices all went way up. Very basic selection of wines, baking ingredients - produce is just ok. I leave this store shaking my head and wondering why I bothered.

Expensive sticker shock in a word. I certainly hope this is only temporary. I can't blame Safeway stores. I can only blame the system that holds a consumer hostage with their high prices. I LOVE coming here, the staff is amazing, the store is always clean, and the food is always stocked!
