“Stopped in while renting a house nearby for our fall vacation. Man behind the counter was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They offer a nice variety of food, beverages, snack, etc. The parking area is small, but not too bad for a quick stop. They also offer gas 24 hours a day, which can come in handy. Prices are pretty standard for a small market. I'm sure we'll be back during our week stay.”

“I've gotten many sandwiches from their Deli and they're usually pretty good. You can expect to be missing an ingredient or two but the sandwiches are still high quality. We've had a couple orders get mixed up but we can't help coming back for more!”

“I came here after the remodel and Daryl was absolutely amazing. He helped me even though I was having a super bad day due to LOWES having crappy customer service. Daryl restored my faith in somebody who totally understands what it's like to be a first time home owner and find yourself in positions where you are fixing the house and really just need some small help. Daryl was that guy. It was a small faucet repair and he seriously was able to help and direct me in the right direction. I will be 100% coming back for more products while I upgrade my house. So happy with the service that I received. Thank you Lake Kathryn ACE HARDWARE!!”

“This is a very nice shopping center. Displays are prominent outdoors and remain stocked, which in my opinion indicates that this shopping center is located in a very safe area. There aren't any outdoor products displays in the hood. Abundant parking, and a logical layout.”

“Wonderful gas station, came here to get a couple snacks and a slushee to cool down a bit during my work day and had the pleasure of having a nice conversation with the lady working the store and the snacks were sooo well priced I couldn't believe it!! 3 pizza stix for 3.69 I believe it was!!! That's a steal! :) I pass by quite often and will have to swing in more to try some of the chicken I was told about ?”

“Handy place to fuel between the Narows bridge and Port Orchard. Although yesterday they had quite a few pumps out of service, which made it take longer than normal. Fuel is less expensive here than at the name brand stations.”

“I've never appreciated the service at Albertsons as much as I do now! Having had a really bad experience at Fred Meyer...I now know I will keep my shopping here at my local Albertsons! Kudos to Susie the Manager, she is really great and literally works extremely hard and works all and every department! Also Kevin in lottery is super accurate, helpful and friendly!”

“I was visiting some family is that area Gig Harbor, and I stopped in the store to grab something to drink and to see if I was going the right way, because I was thinking I was lost, but found out from the cashier I was in the right place, they have a really cool and nice cashier here named Anthony, who was so helpful and very polite to me and just the way he was with the other customers made me feel really good. I can kinda see how this job could get kinda hard when dealing with customers that want to act rude but it was so nice to see the way Anthony was handling all the different people that walked in there, I’m sure he has to deal with a lot of strange people, but he seemed like he was able to handle all the different things that were being thrown his way. I’d have to say it’s not always easy dealing with so many different people and for Anthony being so young he seem to have a good head on his shoulders. Thanks for the respect you gave me and everyone who was in the store when I was in there, whatever your doing keep doing it, because I will make sure to come back here anytime I need something. “This is our local supermarket and We were absolutely saddened & disgusted on Thanksgiving 2023!!!I can't believe that corporate Safeway would be open with "regular" hours today. Absolutely horrible for their image and worse for the poor employees that cannot even spend THIS day with their own families. Even trying to say they get overtime pay is Not an excuse. They should have closed about 2pm give us a break Safeway.”

“I love my GH Safeway! I love all the food selections and for the most part prices are good too. The store's staff are ALL great! Always sincerely cheerful, asking how they can help you, then physically helping you with getting full grocery carts to your car, etc. The friendly guys at the meat & seafod counters go out of their way to help you-same for lady in the bakery. Most staff walk you to the right place when you're looking for an item. Customer Service & mgrs. are top notch & if can't solve your issue directly try to make up for it with a little gift card. The store is clean and well organized. My only suggestions/constructive criticism: I do miss having Quest labs there! One blond lady in Pharamcy seems to always be "unhappy & impatient"? Safeway bakery breads are not as good as they used to be, i.e. sourdough not much flavor (did they change recipes?) & at times store is missing items or has empty shelves but I undertstand the supply chain issues, etc. going on right now for many. FYI I have tried the new Met Market across the street & it may be "pretty" but I'll stick with my Safeway for selections, helpful staff and prices! Thank you.”

“I usually get great service at Bartels and I love to support local businesses. I had an issue today with a prescription where they made an assumption rather than calling me to clarify an obvious issue. This was frustrating, but they did their best to fix it for my quickly and the employee I dealt with was very polite and professional. On top of that I understand that many places are short staffed right now and it's more difficult to follow through with the best service on everything. I would still rate Bartels 5 stars.”

“Angelica with Bartell Drugs deserves an award for outstanding customer service. I had a horrible experience with another drug store pharmacy and Angelica went above and beyond to take care of my prescription needs at this Bartell Drugs. She patiently called my insurance and went through several people to try and get a prescription removed from a closed pharmacy (they auto filled and held my prescription even though they were closed and I was in pain from an infection and needed antibiotics). Even though the insurance company wasn’t able to process the cancellation, Angelica was able to fill my prescription that evening. Five Stars for you Jelly!”

“Definitely one of the better Fred Meyer I've been to having been to many across the state. It is usually well stocked and very clean. But why are we allowing ATT salespeople in the stores to accost people while they're shopping now?? It's weird and annoying how they hover around you.”

“My best friend lives in Gig Harbor, and she's taken me to Finholm's a couple of times. It is such a cool spot, with so much going for it! You want a sandwich? They make them to order! You want a snack or soda from the store? Go ahead, they'll add it to your bar tab! Yes, I said bar tab! Not only are they a convenient store, they also have a small tap list of beers to enjoy on site! Also offer a great variety of beers in the coolers if you just want to swing by for some beer to go! (Single cans, 4 packs, 6 packs, etc!) iGig Harbor I'm sure it's well known by all the locals! They are family friendly, so kiddos are welcome. (Well behaved ones!) Fun little beer stop in Gig Harbor!”
