In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.”
