Bartell Drugs, a Seattle-based company since 1890, is known for its long-standing presence in the community and support for local businesses, with over 150 local products on its shelves. The store offers a range of services, including pharmacy and health needs, along with the convenience of purchasing toys and other items. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and friendly service, especially for routine health procedures like flu shots, where employees like Staci and Lynn provide attentive and caring support, making customers feel valued. However, the store has faced some issues. There have been complaints about inconsistent hours, with online information not always matching the actual closing times. Some reviews mention that the store feels outdated, with a nostalgic 1980s vibe and odors that match that era. Availability of prescribed drugs can be inconsistent, and there is no public bathroom. Despite these drawbacks, many customers find the staff to be helpful and dedicated, with some employees going above and beyond, such as one who patiently resolved a prescription issue involving insurance. Overall, Bartell Drugs is appreciated for its community focus, helpful staff, and good customer service, especially for healthcare needs, even though some aspects of the shopping experience could improve.
Bare shelves, no candy, seriously shocked, thought they were going out of business.

Get your ish together and post the right pharmacy hours. My goodness.
At 5:05pm, online hours show 6pm closing on Sunday, 5/19, and when you go in it's completely shut down and the employee said they changed it to 5pm. Others came in and asked about it as well.
