They were so quick and easy to get my appointment, I dropped my car off the night before and was so shocked when they called me at 10am the next morning to tell me my car was ready. Just overall they were a pleasure to deal with and not too mention the amount I paid was more than half the amount I was quoted at the dealership. Probably like 60% cheaper!!!

“These guys provide A+ service. I brought my truck in for an alignment Tuesday morning which they fit me in as a walk in. They discovered my front ball joints were completely destroyed. They needed to order parts and had plenty of jobs in front of mine. I was in a tough position because I was about to leave on a trip to Canada with my camper on Wednesday at 5. Bob ended up staying late and coming in early to finish the job. They didn't owe that to me at all but they went above and beyond anyway. Highly recommend this auto shop. Absolutely stellar customer service. Truck drives great!

I took my expedition in for an alignment this morning, didn't take too long either i chilled in the lobby, while the work was being done. They have hot cocoa and other drinks I noticed, (I had a coffee with me already) My son ended up playing with the toys instead of being on his phone too, haha. They care for all that come thru the doors. You will not regret coming to Willands.”
