I had a number porting issue that was preventing me from getting service. Jared was very kind and patient, got customer care on the phone and worked through the issue. I was prepared for a struggle getting my account unsnarled, but he made it almost enjoyable. Cannot recommend this location enough!

I had a problem with my phone and I came in to T-Mobile and Ferndale. she fixed it less than 40 seconds it's back running like it was. Jasmine is very good at what she does, go see her.

Very disappointed in ferndale store. No one wants to be accountable for the mistakes made on billing, lied (either intentionally or just not informed on their own promotions they offer). Will never use this store again and for t-mobile not to stand behind their name being represented by this store, I’m very disappointed in them also! Nothing like making excuses and avoiding the issue til information isn’t as fresh and you can’t get out from under what they assigned to u without your knowledge.

My wife needed to transition her personal and business line from another carrier to T-mobile where I already had an account. The staff at the store completed this process, but made a mistake, so we tried to work it out at the store level which was partially effective, but their hands were tied on the fees made in error totaling over $100.We ended up just paying the bill with reassurance someone would reach out and make it right but so far no luck.They also attempted to reach out to the store manager many times throughout this whole experience, but he was never there and could never be reached. All we want is to discuss 1 bill where errors were made, but we can’t spend weeks trying to get ahold of someone.

The lady there totally screwed us she lied and told us whatever we wanted to hear. After we confronted her on her mistakes she tried to make it out like we were in the wrong even though we had everything in her own handwriting

Used this store about 6 months ago to get set up with Home Internet and just getting around to writing a review.I was very impressed with "Mobile Expert" staffer Daniel Celeste right after I walked in the Ferndale store as he was dealing with a confrontational customer.Daniel never lost his professionalism and or his polite and helpful attitude throughout the whole ordeal. He was so kind and patient with the customer and helped her cancel a service, and even get a refund for service and device that she was only returning parts of without the original packaging (the other customer missed the deadline to cancel by a long shot among other issues). Daniel really turned that situation around and at the end of it, the other customer walked away looking grateful and saying thank you.When Daniel got to me he apologized for any inconvenience and took a lot of time to help me get Home Internet all squared away for our rural location. Overall I was impressed and have been happy with the internet we have now as a result.In my opinion, that guy deserves a pat on the back for representing the brand and T-Mobile team well.

Worst customer service I've ever gotten. The employees at this store are liars and up Sellers and it's questionable when you have to turn equipment in if it's even scanned in and not stolen. A little note to the manager when this review gets removed I'm going to be back. And each time it's going to be a worse one.

My phone was ready for an upgrade so I decided to pop in and see what they had going on. I have had nothing but Samsung phones since HTC went under… I ended up leaving with a new iPhone. The S23 Ultra was the better option financially to replace my S21 Ultra since they were offering a promotion but I’ve been wanting to try an iPhone since Spring is coming and I spend a lot of time outdoors biking and running/hiking. I believe Apple has a better fitness ecosystem than Samsung so that was a partial selling pointDaniel was super patient, he had my account open and we explored my options both financially and realistically. I know it’s just a phone but we spend a lot of time on these rectangles throughout our lives and I was apprehensive to try something new in case the grass wasn’t greener on the Apple side. He didn’t pressure me in any way even when I was being indecisive. We ended up deciding that the 14 Pro regular version (not the Max) would suit my lifestyle better than the S23 Ultra. The S23 Ultra is so big and I didn’t want another fablet like my S21 Ultra was. If there was a smaller version of the S23 Ultra I would have probably snagged that but the fact that the 14 Pro Regular is a smaller size but still has pretty much the same specs as the Max was a huge selling point for meAs we were getting everything set up, I believe Daniel did an excellent job of quickly determining my level of technical knowledge and didn’t baby me through the setup process. He was more than happy to answer questions but understood that I was able to figure out the new phone on my own for the most part.Side note: When I initially arrived to the store, Daniel was helping an older couple with their phones and explained the difference between 4G LTE and 5G very well in a way that they could understand but was not condescending because he had made the assessment that they would need more explanation than others. When they were satisfied with their new found knowledge, Daniel let them know that he was a phone call away and would be more than happy to walk them through anything they had questions about! That’s pretty standard in itself but he said it in a way that came across as a friend not “since you’re old, you’ll probably need help so call me”. That’s huge in my book, since the previous generation didn’t grow up with this stuff like me and Daniel did (I’m 27) and may need a hand at times without being talked down to which Daniel did a great job of accomplishing in my opinion [End side note]When my phone was all set up we moved on to accessories. I knew this was coming and was curious how Daniel would handle the fact that I didn’t plan to by anything he tried to sell me. I splurged for a cheap $20 case until I find one I like because I’m not risking a thousand dollar iPhone to save $20 but that’s it. He said buy 3 things and they’re 25% off. I decided against that and we moved on from there. No guilt trip, no further prodding… just like that. I was impressed because I know you guys are supposed to sell accessories with phones but I don’t like carrier stuff they’re kinda meh, I’ll get anything I need on Amazon later which Daniel was understanding aboutI may go out on a limb and say my experience was by far the best I’ve ever received from a customer service and salesman standpoint!I’m still getting used to my new iPhone but I know that help is just a phone call away. Thanks Daniel, it was good meeting you!

This was our first experience at this T-Mobile store in Ferndale, WA. Long story short. After a long, trying day of trying to locate a stolen/lost phone, trying to recover passwords, and trying to keep our composure without coming unglued, we were greeted by Ben. He was very knowledgable, helpful, and understanding. It was like a breath of fresh air! He was able to call headquarters and un-suspend the line, was also willing and able to help us get back into one of our google accounts, got our new Samsung galaxy S21 up and going, and helped us get most of our issues handled! He went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough for being so understanding and sticking with us even after closing! Thank you Ben, Ferndale T-Mobile, and T-Mobile. 5 stars for ya’ll!

Did not expect it but walking into this store, was walking into a vibrant, trendy party! Very CLEAN place and awesome displays. What I was most impressed with was Daniel. He is so pleasant and even tempered and yet he was the only employee in the store! He managed multiple customers in store as well as in coming calls.

Had such a lovely experience here at this T-Mobile! Didn’t know which plan would fit bests and had so many questions. Thankfully , Daniel was so helpful with all of them!! Highly recommend coming here and if you need help , ask for Daniel.

My experience working with T-Mobile in Ferndale to set up my new plan and device was easy and hassle free! Daniel was very patient and took all the time needed to explain features, options and benefits. He was knowledgeable, articulate and pleasant. I am a happy T-Mobile customer!

I visited the store and was helped by Daniel, he was able to help me solve all the issues I was having with my phone, and even recommend a new fast charger that charges my phone way faster! I’ll definitely be coming back here any time I need help with my phone!
