“The manager at this shop really cares about his customers and is definitely a man of his word. I've been getting a lot of my rims/tires done here for years and won't take my business anywhere else. Just picked up some 20 inch chrome Aries lexani yesterday and they are the best rims I have ever gotten. They communicate well and keep you updated with your order too and they have access to rims that other shops just don't and at great prices too. If you want your set up done right I recommend going to west coast rims and tires in federal way. Easily the best rim spot in the northwest and there just genuine authentic people there and that's hard to come by in general but they care about making there customers happy. “It's hit or miss depending on the tech you get. Brought my 03 Miata in to diagnose a suspension clunk and they tightened up the sway bar end link for free to fix it which is awesome

On a separate occasion, a different tech told me my 2004 Porsche Cayenne didnt come with TPMS sensors and had no idea how to respond when I told him that my winter wheels have TPMS sensors, my dash has its own TPMS menu, and I'm looking for TPMS sensors for my extra set of all terrains.

They fixed a flat tire for me for free once, but a separate time they recommended replacing all four tires on a Chevy Volt that I was going to sell soon.

They did a custom alignment for me perfectly once, but then a separate time they flipped the front and rear camber values on accident which induced a ton of under steer.

They're fast and convenient so I keep coming back, and they're great about 80% of the time”

“I told the gentlemen running the place the wrong size tires and instead of sending me home with my spare still on like he had every right too he kindly gave me a used one until next week they get the right size and it's a more expensive brand but same price he said the the cheaper ones I thought great service great workers this place deserves more business for sure best tire shop I've ever been too in my life”

“I had taken my car to another shop, Firestone in Federal Way, and had an alignment and wheel rotation done. I also paid for a diagnostic assessment of shaking when I braked at higher speeds. I was unhappy with my diagnostic and ran it by 2 other mechanics who said what Firestone told me was innacurate and I should not pay the $750 for the repair they recommended.

I decided to take my car into Les Schwab. This morning, I began having a new problem with the front wheel making a noise whenever I was driving and I had a bad feeling about driving it. I called and they got me right in for a diagnostic. It turns out that the wheel was not put on properly and was loose after Fierstone had done the alignment. It was ready to fall off! The mechanic, at Les Schwab, (Dan) really went out of his way to get the car fixed for me preserving me and my family's safety.

Another time my daughter kept having a tire go flat and was stranded a few times, we called them and they worked us right in to get her a new set of tires so that she did not have to keep inflating her tire with her baby in the car and freezing temperatures. Again they were very prompt and went out of their way to make sure she got fixed up within hours of our bringing the car in since we had to wait in the lobby with the baby we really appreciated their promptness.

I am very pleased with the service, and the very friendly staff at the Federal Way Les Schwab and would highly recommend them. I have had very poor service elsewhere and really appreciate how they run their business here!”
