“I've been a patient here for 15+ years and have received quality care, kindness & efficiency. With the recent provider retirements, new management & staff changes, I've become frustrated. It is extremely difficult to get in for an appointment...about 2 months ahead with my new ARNP (who I love) and a month out for the other providers!! Seriously, this is unacceptable! It was not this difficult previously. This forces patients to go to Urgent Care or even ED for care, which negates the purpose of having a PCP that you trust will be there when you need them for care. It also costs patients more. I DO want to continue my care here, and hope there's a solution to this business model that doesn't seem to be working all that well currently.”
“I have been coming to Horizon View Health for several years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about Doctor Baker and his gang!From the front office staff, all the way back to his Medical Assistants, Doctor Baker's got a really great staff!There is one Medical Assistant in particular that I'd like to recognize, and her name is Deanna.She has worked tirelessly on getting prior authorizations from my insurance for my medications, and I have dealt with my new (more expensive) insurance... she gets a "GOLD Star" in my book!!The reason for my post today, was because I had an appointment with Doctor Baker on Tuesday, and Deanna checked me in, and as we were talking, she scolded me for doing something that I shouldn't be doing, and we both just laughed, but I had the BEST laugh I've had since my good friends from back home moved away a couple years ago.I went in there to check my A1C, and I walked out of there feeling Great!!The personal relationships that Horizon View Health employees build with their patients, it's not just special, it's individual to each patient and this allows the patients to feel so comfortable and free enough.... to just laugh out loud!”

“I just moved to the area and needed a new PCP, and I'm really glad I picked Dr. Tracy at the Seahurst clinic to try... He was great, listened better than any PCP I've had before, and is clearly really smart and up-to-date. The clinic staff were very friendly and helpful too, so I'd definitely recommend them if you need a new PCP.”

“I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for this location. The only issue I've ever had is with the front desk being understaffed. It's my understanding that they answer phones and check in patients and there have been times when I've had upwards of 30 minute wait times on the phone. Other than that most of the nurses are very nice I've only had a few that seem to have a bad day. Dr. Hemmen is the best, especially if you don't like going to the doctor, she is quick and to the point, no extra fluff. I think this location could be improved if maybe doctors took on less patients because it can be kind of a long wait to get in other than that I have liked going to this clinic.”

Made me feel heard, valid in my concerns and executed a plan for my medical care thst I felt very confident and supportive. Dr. Nguyen is kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was her only patient! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family . She is wonderful!”

“I was just there for the first time today. I saw the reviews and there were a lot about wait times, which I will admit were a little long, but when you're going to see a pediatrician/family doctor, sometimes that happens. Kids are a wildcard and sometimes appointments take longer than anticipated. That's fine.We were there for 2 hours (arrived 30 minutes early as we were new patients). Our appointment was at 9 and we weren't taken back until 9:15. Which again, it happens. I was a little stressed but that's just me.The medical team here is amazing. I cannot stress enough how much I loved them. This was the first time changing doctors for my kid since he was born and I was really worried. I'll take some extra wait time for the exceptional medical care we received.”

“Nice place quiet and had an early appointment got in and out quickly. Only a couple of suggestions, all the signage telling you what to do and not do dosent seem on brand with MultiCare, also each receptionist has a couple monitors. I assume it's so they can have you stare at the back of messy cabling while they scan your info. I sat in the chair and spoke at the monitors assuming there was a person there...”

“Today Feb 5, we went in for the vaccination per our appointment. We were concerned about long lines because my 90 year old father can't stand long. However, when we got to the front entrance, the lady who was in charge of taking /checking temperatures for each person was so helpful. She brought out a wheelchair and helped my father into it, then guided us to the next step.After the shot, everyone was asked to sit down for 15 minutes. During this time, the doctors were on standby to make sure we were all okay and didn't have some immediate side effects. While waiting, we were so impressed and thankful to the doctors and staff who all went the extra mile to provide great care.We want to thank the entire CHI Franciscan staff, the front entrance, the front desk, register, nurses, and doctors. Your kindness and professionalism means a lot to us and to everyone there. Also, thank you for handing us the Vaccine record cards with our second shot appointment reminder. This is very helpful!
