“I made an appointment for my husband and we had a really good experience since day one , really good front desk MA Kenny was super nice, friendly took a really good care of my husband, making sure that we don't have any questions about the procedure.Dr. Payal Shah is super sweet and a really good Doctor. I would recommend this clinic.”

“I've been a patient here for 15+ years and have received quality care, kindness & efficiency. With the recent provider retirements, new management & staff changes, I've become frustrated. It is extremely difficult to get in for an appointment...about 2 months ahead with my new ARNP (who I love) and a month out for the other providers!! Seriously, this is unacceptable! It was not this difficult previously. This forces patients to go to Urgent Care or even ED for care, which negates the purpose of having a PCP that you trust will be there when you need them for care. It also costs patients more. I DO want to continue my care here, and hope there's a solution to this business model that doesn't seem to be working all that well currently.”

“I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for this location. The only issue I've ever had is with the front desk being understaffed. It's my understanding that they answer phones and check in patients and there have been times when I've had upwards of 30 minute wait times on the phone. Other than that most of the nurses are very nice I've only had a few that seem to have a bad day. Dr. Hemmen is the best, especially if you don't like going to the doctor, she is quick and to the point, no extra fluff. I think this location could be improved if maybe doctors took on less patients because it can be kind of a long wait to get in other than that I have liked going to this clinic.”

I had the pleasure of interacting with two exceptional receptionists who truly went above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service. Their dedication and commitment to helping patients was truly impressive and deserves recognition.The first receptionist Mursal I encountered greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained the check-in process and helped me navigate the clinic. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really impressed me.The second receptionist Dulce I interacted with was equally impressive. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the clinic's services and took the time to explain everything in detail. She also went out of her way to assist me with scheduling my next appointment, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, both receptionists displayed exceptional customer service skills and were a credit to the Health Point Clinic team. They should definitely be recognized and awarded for their hard work and dedication to helping patients. I left the clinic feeling impressed and grateful for the outstanding service I received.”
