Please hire a person dedicated to the drive thru went in to make a car payment on my lunch break and was asked to wait a moment. So I waited and waited and waited she never came back I gave up and walked out to avoid being late returning to work. Y'all need better customer service desperately. Not impressed

They told us to wait 10 minutes and they would do our transaction, we waited and they said you can come and make an appointment online. Why do you keep waiting and don't tell me first? Don't waste our time.
