“Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”
“These guys are great! They were friendly, awesome customer service, quick response to all my questions. Even though my car issue was a small job for them, they were excellent. The even found an issue that I was not aware of, and was most likely to be the cause of the problem I originally took my car in to get repaired.

“Pro Touch did a great job with an interior detail and ozone bomb. There was unfortunately vomit on the passenger side of our car (on the hard surfaces, seat belt, and soft interior). Pro Touch has the car looking good as new in just 24 hours!”

1.) Andrew was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. When it was time to pick up the car, he asked us to look inside and outside and inspect the job and to let us know if there was anything they missed.
2.) The customer service: we were told that if we saw anything amiss when we got home, we can bring the car back and let them know.
3.) Super easy to schedule. They answer the phone and had the answers to my questions. They answered my questions thoroughly and were kind and not rushed/dismissive.
4.) We will definitely be coming back and will be telling everyone about this place! Thank you for the great work!”

“Best place to get injectors cleaned! Prices were fair! I wouldn't go anywhere else!The only bad thing I can say about them is that it was a pretty far drive for me (Olympia to Federal Way). I guess there was a Tacoma location, but it's been disbanded. This would've been the best option for me BUT the drive was well worth itMaybe being the Tacoma location back? Pretty please lol”

I was able to speak to the mechanic a couple times over a few days and he gave me great tips of what I could try myself before I would need to bring in. Super knowledgeable and really fair prices. “The manager at this shop really cares about his customers and is definitely a man of his word. I've been getting a lot of my rims/tires done here for years and won't take my business anywhere else. Just picked up some 20 inch chrome Aries lexani yesterday and they are the best rims I have ever gotten. They communicate well and keep you updated with your order too and they have access to rims that other shops just don't and at great prices too. If you want your set up done right I recommend going to west coast rims and tires in federal way. Easily the best rim spot in the northwest and there just genuine authentic people there and that's hard to come by in general but they care about making there customers happy. Much respect to west coast rims and tires in federal way ?. Only place for me, family and friends. Thanks again for making my day”
“I have a 2018 Audi S5, the entire passenger side was in a collision. They repaired it and it looks as good as new. Everyone was very helpful with giving me updates on parts, they had enterprise ready to give me a car. I had to bring my car back in about 6 months after to fix some errors that came up, they fixed it same day, got my car back, everything is perfect. I'm very glad I brought it here, they took care of me very well.”
“I told the gentlemen running the place the wrong size tires and instead of sending me home with my spare still on like he had every right too he kindly gave me a used one until next week they get the right size and it's a more expensive brand but same price he said the the cheaper ones I thought great service great workers this place deserves more business for sure best tire shop I've ever been too in my life”
