“I have a 2018 Audi S5, the entire passenger side was in a collision. They repaired it and it looks as good as new. Everyone was very helpful with giving me updates on parts, they had enterprise ready to give me a car. I had to bring my car back in about 6 months after to fix some errors that came up, they fixed it same day, got my car back, everything is perfect. I'm very glad I brought it here, they took care of me very well.”
“I was in a car accident a few months ago (front door got hit and was completed smashed in). The first body shop I took my car to wanted A LOT of money for this somewhat simple repair. So I then called Quality Auto since they seemed to be a smaller shop, and they gave me a much more reasonably priced quote for the repair needed. I highly recommend quality auto for your repairs and paint jobs. They (Dave and his brother) were able to fix my car within a week and for a much better price. “Not only did they get my car repaired a week ahead of their predicted time, but the repair work was also excellent. I suggested to my insurance company that they add Carballo’s to their recommended body shop list. The earliest that my insurance company recommended body shop could start work on my car was Nov 27th. This turned out to be the norm for all local body shops in my area. This was completely unsatisfactory because of our planned long trip, concern a family matter. “Needed a battery replacement for my boat and thought I'd purchase it at advance to turns out I've gotten it somewhere else but they were quick to locate a comparable battery which will see about a longevity but works for fine seemingly and they also help me find some parts for my old Dodge truck which are hard to come by and they were more than patient and really knowledgeable and helpful at this location which is rare for a parts store. Who most of them require you to know more about your vehicle than they do, but here they more than happy to help which is a nice change of pace.”

“Late night visit before closing and I needed to replace 2 large 70lb automotive batteries and pick up filters etc. For some reason everyone in area decided they needed to get something too and the locations 2 staff members were quickly overwhelmed; to top it off the incessant audible reminder for them to go pick stock for an online order sounded from the PA.
15min till closing 12people in line I’m 2 people back and one of the employees sees me struggling to carry the new batteries and asks if I have old batteries to return for core. I said yes in my car so he comes out and loads the new batteries and my other purchases onto an empty counter station and immediately runs to the back to grab me a battery cart so I could go load up the old ones while they assisted other customers (he actually offered to grab them for me but i’m not so hurt that I can’t manage with a cart).
After I returned he had just finished with the customer who had been in front of me and promptly ran over and took care of lifting the old batteries for me. After scanning my purchase he asked if I knew about a sale that had been going on? I said no, and he informed me that since I was already buying a 3yr warranty battery, If i bought a second instead of the economy value I chose the final price would be nearly identical after sale/rebate.
It just goes to show that employees truly are the representatives of a company. Even when under pressure to close soon and a line of impatient people an employee still was attentive to a struggling customer and efficiently handled the situation so as not to hold up the line or a workstation with scanned orders while someone had go run out and grab battery cores.
It’s employees like this which give me hope that regardless of race/origin or the color of skin there are people in our community that will go above and beyond what is asked or expected of them(in a professional setting) to assist someone who is physically struggling. This kind act has insured I will shop from this store exclusively, convenience with Amazon is nice but you can’t put a price on human kindness/compassion.”
