Andrew was the associate handling my issues and he was so very patient after being put on hold several times and transferred to different departments so many times....it was the transaction from hell but he was just so great at dealing with the reps on the phone and with me .....I was there for over 2 hours and the whole time he was just so polite and got the matter settled after all.

Although the the employees were very helpful, the online service leaves much room for improvement. The in-store employees helped out with billing issues, but when trying to verify changes online, the Verizon website denied access and claimed our phone lines were invalid. This necessitated another trip to the store to try and straiten it out. The employees were unable to resolve the issue with the website problem.

Ok I’ve been having a nightmare of a time with trading in devices. I walk in greeting with a smile and express service. Handled my problem I was on the phone with customer service for over 3 hours just to be hung up on in less than 20 mins.

I had a complicated issue where I have been waiting over 2 months for a new phone and still had not received it. Dena was so kind and helpful, even when the corporate people on the phone were not. Dena stood up for me and made sure I got my issue fixed and a new phone that day.

Andrew is a freaking G. I was putting off trading in my old phone because for reasons I won’t explain, I knew it was gonna be complicated and somewhat of a hassle. I walk in, says there will be about a 45 minute wait. Less than 10 minutes later he calls me over (under promise, over deliver) and we dive into the situation. Calm cool and collected, and ran into a couple issues along the way, andrew did me a favor went to his boss to explain the situation, when he came back he took the phone and issued the credit even though it didn’t exactly meet the criteria for a proper trade in. Thank you my dude! Made my day, saved me some money, and kept me stoked about being a Verizon customer! Give this man what he wants! You’d benefit from keeping him around. Rare to find this kind of service these days.

The 5 stars are for Dena, she’s just absolutely amazing, very helpful and kind. I was very satisfied with how she handled my problem, even when the people on the phone said they couldn’t help me, but she she explained my situation and got it all fixed, Dena if you’re reading this, I LOVE YOU GIRLLL!?

Dena was awesome she was very nice and helpful and was able to get my phone to work! She also might have convinced me to upgrade. Overall definitely a 10/10 experience would recommend

Terrible! We discussed transferring our services from our current carrier Tmobile to Verizon 2 wks ago and was told to wait til this week to take advantage of the promotion, so we did. Monday came and the rep I worked with told me that he would overnight the phones so I can have them sooner rather than later instead of giving me the ones in the shop bc it made it to complicated. I was given instructions to unlock the phones, etc. Late Tuesday he orders the phone but it was 2 day shipping not the overnight as promised. I called on Thursday and was told my service switched over. I had no idea no one told me and I still don’t have my phones. We received 2 of the phones today but have to wait till Monday the 23rd now to get the others. So, I go in person to get some help. I shared my frustrations with Juan and the first thing that he says is “I can give you the information you need to transfer back to T-Mobile. When you get the other phone just return them.” I said so you don’t want to help straighten this out? He says “ we don’t have time for that. If you want to go back to T-Mobile , I’m not going to stop you”. I was speechless. He walks away and says “I see why”. Juan was disrespectful and confrontational and did nothing to help me. Just horrible customer service. I reached out to the district manager Danielle who promised to call me back by end of day and still no call back. I had high hopes for Verizon bc of one rep from their store Zachary but that gotten thrown out with this disaster. I don’t recommend this store.

I had a big headache with starting up a new account, Dena assisted me and cleared n started up my account, we had realized I had inverted a couple of digits in my phone#Dena was very patient and she got t done. Hooraywhich was cancelling me out when I went to confirm my account

Jorge the Store manager is an excellent manager and representative of the store. His knowledge and patience is incredible. He deserves a higher promotion. Very highly recommended to any customer.

Jorge, the manager, and Zach were extremely helpful. They saved me money by updating my account and also by signing up for wifi and landline. Can’t thank them enough. I am not tech savvy snd they were both very patient and kind.
