“I had to pawn some jewelry I have that belonged to my parents who have passed away to help my family get by after my husband broke his foot and was unable to work and I lost my job. I have stressed myself out of fear of losing it because of how easy it is to forget the deadline and how high the interest charge can get. This the first pawn shop that has called to remind me of my deadline, so that was the first pleasant surprise. The second was Max when I came in. He was so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to figure up what my best options were and he really helped put me at ease about not losing my heirlooms. He was very knowledgeable about my options and explained everything in detail very clearly. Everyone at this store is always so nice and attentive anytime I’m here but Max truly topped them all with his exceptional customer service. Such an amazing staff is obviously a direct result of a great management team preparing their team properly through training and by setting examples of high standards.”
“I love the car pickup they offer. It's almost always ready in under 2 hours. When I get to the store it usually only takes a few minutes to receive my order. They are usually very nice. Inside the store is usually clean and nicely stocked. The variety is lacking, compared to the Lynnwood store. The seasonal/holiday section is smaller. Also, the women's plus size clothing section is much smaller. I barely ever look at clothes here because the options in plus sizes is so lacking.”

“I predominantly visit 7-Elevens for the Coke slurpee offering. To the extent that if I go in and that flavor is out, broken, or on defrost, I just leave. To be clear if they cease offering this flavor/slurpees altogether, there will be no need for me to visit another 7-Eleven.So, when I find a good/pleasant experience relating to the Coke slurpee, it's a very good thing. A lot of the franchise stores will opt to gouge/fleece customers on the slurpees. This store is different. Listed pricing for XL slurpee is $2.49, I got an XXL and expected to pay ~$5 or more. It was a pleasant $3.61.The floor is sticky and not as nice as other stores but the staff I interacted with were nice and the food/beverage areas reasonably maintained.I will definitely be coming back.”

“I was greeted by the store clerk in a friendly fashion and asked about my day, as I always ask the clerk upon cashing out The store was well stocked and positioned for easy precursory glances with like minded items and supplementary items for added sale. All staff members are polite in semi-formal fashion and are well apt to make safety precautions and capable of reminding customers who unknowingly enter missing such without shaming or escalating the aforementioned cautions in any heated debate. I was most pleased with the experience.”
