As my phone was transferring, Joseph went to help another lady that he greeted a few minutes prior. She was absolutely horrible to him!! She treated him like he was st*pid and talked down to him in a way that disgusted me. He was so patient with her, kept trying to help her and explain things, kept a professional attitude and even when I went off on her for being awful to him, he continued to help her and brushed everything else off. He looks so young so for him to handle that kind of disrespect as well as he did, I was truly amazed. As a 35 year old woman, I couldn’t even keep it together but him, in his early twenties I believe, he handled himself so well and I think about that a lot.”
