From the estimate process to checking in, to getting the Enterprise rental taken care of, it was all fantastic. Oh, and they did a great job on the car which I guess is most important. Paint looks great and all the sensors work fine. Top this all off with daily text updates and a timely repair and you have one satisfied and returning (hopefully not too soon or too often) customer! “Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. “I am in town from Oklahoma because my mother passed away and am pregnant. Needless to say when her car wouldn’t start this evening at the grocery store I had a complete meltdown of all the things that could be wrong. I was convinced it was her starter or alternator and I’d have to have it towed AND I leave town in a few days. He answered my call and said he’d come right away to try and jump it incase that was the issue before we worried about anything else. He said 10 minutes and he was to me in 8! The hood of the truck was impossible to open but he kept trying and figured it out for me! He got it charged, realized I had left the headlights on from the last time I drove it 2 days ago (grief, pregnancy brain, and I am used to driving my new cars) and also that the wheel had locked. I was up and going in at most 10 minutes AND not once did he make me feel stupid and make fun of me. He was SO kind and understanding about it and made it seem like it was no big deal. The nonjudgment, complete speediness, knowledge, and reassuring kindness made my horrible week a little better. 100/5 stars if I could!”
“These guys are good..best rates in the hood..if you're thinking of hiring these studs well you should. If I need to tow my steed..these home dogs will lead..your chariot onward anywhere you need. Trust when I say..they're solid and stay..homies until you are off on your way. Just so you know...they're happy to go..into the trenches and tow baby tow!!”
“My experience with Brandon and the team was very positive. I'd recommend them.I appreciated that they were patient with my questions; provided me two quote estimates; worked with me when I wanted to pay out of pocket to avoid raising my insurance rates; and sent me text notifications keeping me appraised of developments.They were proactive in notifying me when an earlier appointment time became available.There were couple issues, which I think they handled professionally and are understandable. They noted that my repair paint job had been scuffed, so they were going to fix it, but that'd take a little more time. 2) They mentioned my car would be ready by EOD, but when I didn't hear from them, I called just before closing for an update. They were apologetic and told me they'd give me an update the next morning, which they did. 3)The final cost was about $200 greater than the estimate and my pick-up date was about 3 days later than the initial estimate, but my car is old and I wasn't in a hurry. Not perfect, but I'd take those issues with friendly service and proactive communication rather than spot on estimates and made to feel like I was being conned / ignored.”

“My car was under the care of CARSTAR Everett after a bad hit n run incident. Little did I know that my experience with all the staff and mechanics there, would be such a pleasant one.Not only did they take care of me and my car, they made sure to answer every single question I had. The accident which landed me in their care, was the only negative part of this whole experience.The front desk ladies were very kind, Missy was super knowledgeable and Armando is such an experienced hard worker as well! They all deserve raises!”

“I opted for this Richmond Beach Shell/Texaco station today, Monday 5 February 2024, as the price per gallon for regular/unleaded was less than $4.00 per gallon. One of the lowest prices in the area. Of recent, it has been consistently competitive with the 76 gas station roughly across Northwest Richmond Beach Road from this station. The pumping station/stalls were cleanly and the gas prices were clearly communicated. None of the pumps were out of commission that I saw. There was a food mart with a worker and other patron(s) inside. Pulling in and out of the station was straightforward with space to pull in/out both on Northwest Richmond Beach Road and 8th Avenue Northwest. Growing up, this was one of the gas stations my family used, primarily depending on the prices and its proximity to the house. If we were coming back from a longer trip, were tired, and just needed gas, this was also an option, being the closest gas station to the house.”
