“Found these guys by accident and necessity. Had a car shipped up from out of state and got off the truck completely disabled despite having every part replaced by various mechanics in the state it came from before being shipped. Had a couple mobile mechanics in Seattle come but it kept breaking down. Finally just got my car towed to the nearest place and I'm glad it was Ace! They send photos of everything that's wrong, and rank it from how urgent it is. They really put their all into their work and are sooo friendly.I called into one other two places before Ace and was met with rude customer service so it is nice to have mechanics that don't talk down to you or try to upsell you just because you're a woman which is the experience im used to. I 100% love these guys at Ace.”
“Really nice and knowledgeable… and not in a man-splaining way. I took my Buick in to check the defrost and they had the car ready in a couple hours at an amazing price. I’m taking my car in tomorrow for a different issue and I have no worries about it. Plus, they’re open on Saturdays.”

I'm always a little hesitant about going to any car related service shops due to poor experiences in the past, but the employees here are always so kind and courteous. They are transparent about pricing, suggest extra services without being pushy, and had once applied a coupon that I couldn't get to pull up on my phone as I was having connection issues. Seriously the best!”

“My car stoped in the middle of the road on Sunday and I was lucky enough to have some good people help me push my car to the side and jump start it for me. We suspected that the battery cables were loose, and they helped me tighten it up to get it moving again. However I couldn’t find a mechanic on Sunday until I found this place. Salmon’s service center helped me out immediately even though I didn’t make any appointments before I walked in. I highly recommend this place, they charged me reasonably and took care of my car in timely manner. Very nice place, I will definitely come back for my future car fixes. “I'm from Chicago, but living in Washington for work. I knew my car needed an oil change and went in the morning not knowing what to expect. They helped me get to know it's a nice first come first serve for oil changes and got my car in. I am happy with the service and all. I wish I could have gotten their names but this one worker helped with me when I had to go back to ask a very dumb car question (now that I look back at it) but got it all figured out. Along with my water bottle I had totally forgotten about! Thanks so much for not making me feel like a total dummy but if I'm still in town will return!”

I will make this drive for the rest of my car-owning life because of the transparency, honesty, and quality of Loyal Auto's work. For my most recent repair, after hearing that I didn't plan on driving my current car for more than another year, they reduced the suggested repairs and saved me over $1,000. They easily could have said nothing and gotten more business, but the folks at Loyal really care about treating well you as a person, not just using you as a customer. “We were headed on our way back home to Vancouver, Canada after a weekend in Seattle, when all of a sudden our car wouldn’t turn on at our hotel. After a jump start, we were finally able to get on the road, but our check engine lights were going off and to our surprise we also noticed our gas had been siphoned from our car, while it was parked at the hotel for the weekend. In complete shock and utter panic, we found Grease Monkey online which was the only mechanic shop open in the Seattle area on a Sunday. As two young females traveling from Canada, with zero knowledge about cars, we were very anxious about going to a mechanic shop in a city/country that we’d never been to. The second we got to the shop, we were met with such kindness, patience and felt beyond safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. We simply cannot rave enough about this place - these guys were absolutely incredible! We recieved efficient and seamless service. Without these guys, we aren’t sure we would have made it back home and honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. This place is an absolute gem - thank you guys for fixing up our car and helping us get back home safe!”

“Our catalytic converter was stolen, and replacing it at the dealer's would have been outrageously expensive. These guys replaced it (with one that isn't a target for theft) quickly and for a reasonable price. Got the car there at 8am and was out in less than two hours. Nice guys, good work!”
“Chuck's Auto Repair was able to take our car the same day we called about a problem and also did the semiannual servicing we requested. They did a thorough inspection and explained very clearly everything they recommended and the pricing. They stayed within the estimate and had our car back to us quickly - in Monday and out on Wednesday. We have been taking our cars there for decades, starting when Chuck Peters, the original owner, was there. “They don't have the tri-color foam, my favorite, I always cover my entire car with about a 6" layer whenever it's available lol, anyway they dont have that but what they do have is a decent multi stage self service car wash, 6 bays in total, with great water pressure, all for an unbeatable price and because of that, being an avid personal car washer guy, lt has become my go to spot for the last 3 years. They also have a drive through car wash that I've never tried but cars coming out look really good. Also a ton of vacs and a 76 gas station. One stop shop on lock!”
“Went in for an oil change and was able to have my car serviced that day. The oil change took about 10 min, and the team at GM let me know what was going on the entire time. Prices are fair, and the workers do an amazing job. The team at GM really seems to enjoy working alongside each other. I overheard a team member offering to buy his co-workers snacks while I there, and a manager was onboarding a new hire with a lot of care & empathy. I'll be coming back here again!”
“If I could give them 10 stars I would. Robert and Mike at Carson auto-repair are of the kindness people that I've met in a while. These guys are truly a God sent! When I was having a major issue with my car and I couldn't afford to pay for a timing chain these guys understood my situation and they worked with me. I literally could not thank them enough. I'm a single mother of two kids and i'm also a student, so a timing chain repair was not in the budget. I had also been to other car repair shops and spent money that I could not afford and the problem was still not fixed. These guys fixed my car so quick, and I haven't had an issue since!”

“I am so glad to have found this shop. They did a great job on my vehicle and it is driving great now. After having all of my brakes, rotors, front left axel and both lower control arms replaced, the vehicle is driving much better than it was before. After deciding to remove my car from a shop because I almost got taken to the cleaners for loads of unnecessary work, this shop not only found terrible safety issues with the car the previous shop did not, but also did not recommend any of the other extra and unneeded work like the previous shop. I will definitely be using this shop again.”
