“I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews, the only issues I've encountered was with one rude receptionist. I've had to go here A LOT for all my chronic health issues. The walk in clinic has pretty standard wait times depending on # of people waiting. Every single medical staff has been nothing but attentive, friendly, supportive, takes concerns seriously, and goes the extra mile. They actually read and review your file. They address concerns they notice completely unrelated to my primary concern. My PCP Anna Hancock has been the best provider I've ever had and carefully addresses both my physical and mental health. The VM app makes everything so easy when it comes to reaching out to staff, making appointments, reviewing care summaries/instructions, and paying bills. They are also partnered with the best, resourceful mental health services!”
“Wonderful medical care:, convenient, compassionate and thorough. The website sucks, so don’t even bother trying to set up an appointment before hand. The medical providers were better than my primary care!”

“i am extremly blessed and spoiled ; with how i get treated from the folk's checking me in ; to themore than kind medical assistant's!, athinking back to when i first came to c.h.c. 2015; i have alway's been treated 1st class***** and to have some one like sergey kokhotski; practisioner; tthe best medical care in my 62 yr's ; and i'm confident that if i celabrate another birthday? it is because of thelife changing diagnosis sergey & staff !! have done while in thier care ***** also the folk's behind the scene! when i call for all kind of question's setting appt's ect... they really go out of thier way with just very kind navigation thru the medicalassistance. whitch can get a little bit confusing? they simpifly well* thank-you kurk leonard.”

Every other provider has been friendly, professional, responsive, and listens to my experience. I wish they didn't have to leave, but there's always another good person who comes in for their residency.”
“I had a great experience here from appointment setup to the actual appointment. My phone call was answered quickly both times I called and I was able to make an appointment within a few weeks. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. The medical assistant was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Greaney was great, understood my needs and helped me with what I wanted. This was my first visit with her and I will keep her as my primary care physician.”

“I've always had great experiences here. The last doctor I met with it I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't met with anyone in a year or two and wasn't expecting much for a new doctor, but he was very professional and understanding and had some great recommendations for my health moving forward. I'm sad that I may not have coverage after May and have to look elsewhere. I've never had a doctor that I actually wanted to follow up with. Wait times to schedule an appointment on the phone arent the best, but if you use their mychart system, someone will be in contact with you. Even over chat.”
“The lab here is much improved the last two times I had to get a blood draw. A couple years ago I waited in a line that extended out into the hallway for two hours. The last couple of visits, I walked in, there was no line of people waiting, and they took me back within five minutes of my arrival.”
