“This is a really good bank! I needed to open a business checking account and business credit card and they have really good options for no monthly maintenance fee accounts! The only caviate is, you need to have a direct family member who has served in the US military to be able to qualify for a account here.I highly recommend Navy Federal credit Union!”

“Came in for a car loan and ended up taking longer than expected, 45 minutes past their close time. But Tony was very helpful, friendly, and gracious throughout the entire process. He explained at each step what was happening and why things were taking as long as they were, managing our expectations very well. We were able to originate the loan in the same visit which was a great surprise as well.Been to this branch a few times, never any problems - pleasant interactions each time. Yes it's busy and you might have to wait, but that should tell you something about how many people choose BECU over the nearby alternatives.”
