“I had the worst night ever where someone broke into my passanger side of the door by shattering a window late at night. I had no idea on what to do or where to go. Someone recommended these guys, I called them first thing in the morning and they said to bring it in ASAP and they will help me. They kept their word. They greeted me warmly, were very welcoming in instructing me where to park, had me fill out very simple paperwork, and had me in their comfy lounge sofa area where I could help myself to some really good coffee.
The guy in the office told me that some things around the windshield were also damaged because my rearview mirror was robbed from me. They replaced the glass window and were able to attach a rear view mirror as well without upselling me anything.
They were affordable, professional, effective, and kind. Closest things to saints on Earth in the car & auto businesses department. Also, they are family owned and it is nice to see them all interact so warmly with each other. I will be sure to go to them and recommend everyone to them. They were able to solve my biggest problem in the same day, and cannot imagine the relief I felt knowing this car problem chapter of my life is now over.”

“Less then 2 weeks ago my truck was broken into, front passenger window shattered. I called a few places and was quoted between $350 & $500 to replace it. My husband called these guys on Halloween and they got us in this morning and quoted us $210. They are a couple really nice guys who got the work done in under an hour. And they had good music playing so that's an added plus. I highly recommend Alderwood Auto Glass. They are fast, cheaper then anyone else and have great customer service.”

“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!
EDIT: realized I had an issue with my window, Brian easily just had me bring in my invoice and got me in the next day and all is fixed and was so nice and easy about it. Will continue to choose this business!”

“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”

Estimate seemed reasonable and was scheduled a month out to get in for repairs. Rebecca called early and got us in 2 weeks early, repair estimate if 3 weeks was right on time. In person communication was kind and answered all of my questions. Rebecca even answered the phone after hours to assist.”

“Reached out via their form on Sunday night, and received a reply Monday morning at 8:00 sharp, loved their responsiveness.
They were also able to get the replacement window ordered and installed that same day which was great. They did break the rain-guard during installation but they owned up to it, bought replacements and installed them for free later that week.
For $330 for a window, the service was less than most deductibles and incredibly fast.”
