“I had the worst night ever where someone broke into my passanger side of the door by shattering a window late at night. I had no idea on what to do or where to go. Someone recommended these guys, I called them first thing in the morning and they said to bring it in ASAP and they will help me. They kept their word. They greeted me warmly, were very welcoming in instructing me where to park, had me fill out very simple paperwork, and had me in their comfy lounge sofa area where I could help myself to some really good coffee.
The guy in the office told me that some things around the windshield were also damaged because my rearview mirror was robbed from me. They replaced the glass window and were able to attach a rear view mirror as well without upselling me anything.
They were affordable, professional, effective, and kind. Closest things to saints on Earth in the car & auto businesses department. Also, they are family owned and it is nice to see them all interact so warmly with each other. I will be sure to go to them and recommend everyone to them. They were able to solve my biggest problem in the same day, and cannot imagine the relief I felt knowing this car problem chapter of my life is now over.”

While he (his shop) working my Windshield, I have to stay for almost 3 hours, but he took me (give me ride to my home and take me back to the shop after they finished the job! “So I needed the front windshield replaced of a used Nissan Xterra I just bought and I was on a short time limit because I was at a hotel and I was taking it back to California. Erica got a hold of me gave me a great deal and they managed to get out to the hotel before I had to check out just within hours I did a fantastic job on my window I'm so happy thank you so much you saved the day..UPDATEI was quoted via text $100 off because they had some appointments open that day I asked for the total amount including taxes and was told 357.00. finally had a chance to check my bill and it's $405Update they made it ehole”
“I had someone decide to punch in my passenger window, so I went here to get it replaced. I called around to a bunch of shops beforehand, and they were by far the best pricewise. When The dealer, they quoted me at 4x the amount before tax of what I paid with alderwood with tax! Although they didn’t have a window on hand, they got it ordered and sent over in a business day. They were professional, and they got my window replaced in an hour! I’m definitely going to come here if I ever have any glass break again.”
“Went in today as my Model Y had a small crack from a rock in the windshield. The gentleman who did the short-term crack repair to my windshield was extremely easy to talk to and he really seemed to know his stuff and actually seemed to care about doing an amazing job. After looking over the windshield he actually found two more small cracks from rocks that actually penetrated the windshield but had not yet formed a spider, and for very little extra I had him put resin in them too. And on top of all that, the receptionists at the front desk - both of them - were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. If only every business was as well run as this one we'd have a different world. Very impressive at least for my simple windshield repair and my brief stay.”

“I came in today for my sunroof, as it was leaking & Shane was so great! Very nice, gave a great explanation of what had happened (tracks were clogged around sunroof). He was able to fix it within 3 minutes and since it was such an easy fix, he didn’t even charge me! He was SO very nice & hospitable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!
EDIT: realized I had an issue with my window, Brian easily just had me bring in my invoice and got me in the next day and all is fixed and was so nice and easy about it. Will continue to choose this business!”

“We have had our windshield for 1 vehicle put in here, and another vehicle checked out for windshield leaks. We spoke with Rudy on the phone and set up an appointment. When we arrived ,we called the number on the door, as requested. Rudy and 2 other men came out to take a quick look. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. Both times were very good experiences. They are all very professional, engaging, and know what they are doing. Thanks for taking care of our windshield and windshield safety checks!!! “I was in a bad situation with the big rains that came in and were dripping into my car. This company got my vehicle checked out as soon as they could get me into their schedule. They even had my car looked over the next morning to look at the problem and do some testing preliminarily. The person scheduling coordinated with the person who did the work well, and my car was fixed within 3 days. The work is excellent, no longer a leaking problem, such a relief. They were professional, honest and efficient. And, did really nice work, I definitely recommend!”
“Great experience! No one likes to be in a car accident, but my experience here was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
I was rear-ended in I-5. Not a ton of damage, but enough that I needed a bit of body work. They got me in for an estimate within a couple of days of me calling. The estimate was done in about 15 minutes. After that, they got me in for an appointment in less than a week. I dropped the car off for the body work on a Monday, and they kept me updated with timeline and how it would depend on getting parts, but gave expected timelines for those. They expected the work would be done a week later (parts were all expected the following Monday) but they were done sooner than that (Friday of the same week).
They were slightly more responsive than my insurance company (USAA), which was nice. (I should add this was a couple of weeks after two major hurricanes demolished the east coast, so not surprising with insurance). Overall, lots of quick communication, via text and phone call, and a great experience!

“First time using this Gerber location, Rebecca was first day new for the estimate and due to damage and wait times we were not able to safely open the hood. Estimate seemed reasonable and was scheduled a month out to get in for repairs. Rebecca called early and got us in 2 weeks early, repair estimate if 3 weeks was right on time. In person communication was kind and answered all of my questions. Rebecca even answered the phone after hours to assist.”

“Reached out via their form on Sunday night, and received a reply Monday morning at 8:00 sharp, loved their responsiveness.
They were also able to get the replacement window ordered and installed that same day which was great. They did break the rain-guard during installation but they owned up to it, bought replacements and installed them for free later that week.
For $330 for a window, the service was less than most deductibles and incredibly fast.”

My hyundai venue car broken into and they changed my driver door. Jose and Sarah were amazing. They helped me from start to end. They both have high skills and knowladge about their job. Also, they are very much kind and friendly. During the repair, driver side inner window film got strached. I realized when i receive the car.
