I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”
“I always come to good o tires which was good tires before in parkland. Got my first set of tires here and have always got great service no matter who was behind the counter or in the shop they always go above and beyond from getting new tires to fixing a flat..like today I went in for a flat because a big screw went though it... they not open Sundays so I thought I would go to an other well known name that was open they took one look and said they couldn't fix it.. so waiting till today just incase I had to use my. Warranty and nope they where able to fix it right then. And where also looking for a replacement inside just in case they couldn't. This is why I go here they will get u back on the road as fast as they can and if for some reason they can't that day they will do everything thay can as fast as they can for u. From ordering part online and have it shipped there to running to other location to get the part they you need. Thank you for today's team Chris, Billy, and Cameron you all rock.”

“I'm traveling from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I'd had my tires replaced before I left for my trip and I was worried about the cost of getting this repaired. My brother in law recommended discount tire in Bonney Lake. I arrived in the morning around 8:15. Sarah T greeted me when I got in and I told her that I had a leaky tire. s
She said let's go out and take a look. She scan all the tires, looked for the leak, got the mileage and my vin that kind of stuff. We went back inside, she entered everything into the computer and told me it would be about an hour wait. I was concerned that she was taking all the information just to fix the flat. They exceeded my expectations, the wait time was shorter, they said they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. “I personally love les schwab. They've continued to be customer service oriented and helpful.. although I can say that they kind of did me dirty and I need to address it with the local shop. But I admit some of it was on me as well.
But I will continue to use them for my tire needs”
“I called to schedule for a Saturday appointment which Jeremiah informed me was him making an exception because the shop is extremely busy on that day. I needed an inspection and quote for rear brakes and rotors amongst a couple of other recommended items I received from the dealership. Jeremiah made it easy for me to make a decision to have his shop work on my vehicle. Great customer service, beat the dealership prices and I was back on the road within 3 and a half hours, not only rear brakes and rotors but also front brake pads, rotors, air filter, cabin filter, and brake fluid flush. Thanks again for making the exception scheduling my appointment I was able to get everything I sought out to get done and remained within budget. Be advised, it's impairative to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is a busy location.”

“Our Turo rental was losing air out of a tire and at $2.50 a pop to put air in it we went to Les Schwab. Great experience. Staff were friendly, tire was repaired at no charge. They found a temporary patch on a previous puncture was leaking. They put in a permanent patch and we headed over to Ellensburg and back for a few days, worry free.”
“It's hit or miss depending on the tech you get. Brought my 03 Miata in to diagnose a suspension clunk and they tightened up the sway bar end link for free to fix it which is awesome
On a separate occasion, a different tech told me my 2004 Porsche Cayenne didnt come with TPMS sensors and had no idea how to respond when I told him that my winter wheels have TPMS sensors, my dash has its own TPMS menu, and I'm looking for TPMS sensors for my extra set of all terrains.
They fixed a flat tire for me for free once, but a separate time they recommended replacing all four tires on a Chevy Volt that I was going to sell soon.
They did a custom alignment for me perfectly once, but then a separate time they flipped the front and rear camber values on accident which induced a ton of under steer.
They're fast and convenient so I keep coming back, and they're great about 80% of the time”

“Super friendly, honest people working here! I’ve been ripped off before with tires. Another Les Schwab asked me 0 questions about my situation and proceeded to quote me for the most expensive tires possible. It wasn’t until I pointed out the discrepancy that the other location said they had more affordable options. I went to this store and they inspected my tire damage quickly and said it’s not urgent to replace, but getting somewhat close. They said I did need air in my tires and could do it but I said I could do it at a gas station. He insisted and said just to pull up and he could do it right then for free and did all 4 tires. He recommended I replace my front 2 tires before winter and the back 2 were fine for a lot longer than that. I cannot recommend this location enough! Thank you guys for restoring my faith that there are honest mechanics out there!”
