“Had a slow leak in our brand new Class A RV rear tire, when I called, we're told about a 60 min wait to look at it. 45 mins after arriving, they discovered a screw in the tire and started repairing it.We did not purchase the tire at Les Schwab but they repaired it in a timely manner at a VERY fair price.Tony has an outstanding crew!! “We had a tire with low pressure and it was time to get the tires rotated. I mentioned the low pressure, which I had already filled to the proper level a day before, and when I returned and checked the reciept they had replaced the tire at no charge as it was coverd by the warranty. The impressive part is the customer care and initiative to take care of it without being asked or my inquiring. They even cleaned up a rim that was quite dirty. This was a great experience.”

“We came to Bucky's today for what we thought was just a spark plug issue. The problem was actually much worse. We expected for our car to be in the shop for at least a couple of days.. Thanks to Andrew and Richard our car was fixed and back on the road by the end of the day. Both of them even stayed late to make sure of it. “They fixed both back tires as they had a medium slow leak!!?? They ssid they both had a screw i n them! They patched them fir free and went on friday like 2 or 3 pm! If you have a tesla get it serviced at discount tire. Tesla service centers will charge you far more for less quality compared to discount tire. Thank you TJ!9/20/22 Had a slight leak in a rear tire and told them was ready to replace the tires if it could not be fixed but they found a pin hole in the tire and were able to fix the leak. Honest location and I don't want to go anywhere else as this shop is focused on the long term value to its customers.”
