They let you pickup gas refills and call back with payment. Having problems with a machine you bought from them? They'll troubleshoot and make suggestions, and if the person who answers the phone can't help, they'll get you in touch with a tech. They are one of a few remaining businesses offering consistently excellent customer service.”

“Long time customer. There is a specific day of the week they provide service. Most recently, I expected it to be that day the following week; instead it was right away.By the way, don't run out of propane. It happened once years ago and I got quick service for the refill. I don't recollect being charged extra and certainly not to pay in advance. I don't know if that is current policy, but I check my tank so no problem.”

“We recently changed our propane service to Sunshine Propane and have been very pleased with their work. Sunshine Propane impressed us as a very efficiently run, customer-oriented business. The office staff and their field service personnel are very professional, and communications relating to our account, both internally and with us, were excellent.
The recent work included replacing a propane range and the 124-gallon propane tank adjacent to the house. Paul and Rich came to our house for both jobs. They worked with us to coordinate the new range installation with the company delivering the range, did all the safety checks after installation, and happily answered our questions. They also advised us on preparing the old propane tank for the exchange. The exchange itself, which was a bit tricky because the location is very confined, went smoothly. They are very competent, and their attention to detail was impressive.”
