“The rental experience at this location was the least irritating and painless ever. No line to deal with and a man not bent on the upsell. Simple questions and direct answers. Polite. Absolutely. But the bonus was he had a very strong grasp of the language which made for certainty in the details. Previously this year I've rented from this location and another in the area and that's not case, and sleight of hand was evident at the Avis location when I was visiting in '21. This weeks car was a Nisan Sentra, I assume is a '21, but because it immediately did my phone connections were so effortless I needn't resort to the manual. The ONLY negative is todays (the days snowing, and the afternoon just hours prior to returning car) discovery that the tires are shot. Last night I was driving in a congested traffic, wet, dark and fast, which I'm comfortable doing, particularly in Seattle (I know every highway in the region like I never left) but had I known the tires were very near their end date (I'd replace these today if I owned this car) I would've slowed down! But I dig the car and stand by my experience with Budget.”
