During this time our stress level was high because we were on 2 mortgages in the midst of a volatile economy. Josh and his team held our hands every step of the way. Even when nothing was happening we got a phone call on a weekly basis to just check in. Since we no longer lived in Washington state, Josh went above and beyond the call of duty to be our eyes in that space so we didn’t have to take time away to travel and make things happen.It’s easy to tell that communication is a hallmark of how Josh and his team like to do business. They were reaching out to us and answering questions we didn't even know we had, but would have had eventually. It's like they were able to read my mind and predict the future! This blew me away. That’s how proactive they were through the whole process. I wish customer service in other areas was at least half that good.
