“Everything about my car rental experience with National at Seatac was positive. Picked up by a shuttle bus a couple of minutes after getting bags. Walked up to the counter, with no one waiting. They asked my name and verified my ID. Picked out a car and was on the road. The return was just as simple.”

“Went in for a damaged lift gate / hatch on my SUV. It wouldn't close properly and you could see day light from the inside. Very pleased with the work and the time it took. My insurance covered the issue, less my deductible. Overall their pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them for sure. Maureen”

Hertz had canceled my reservation due to lack of cars the day i arrived which left me scrambling for help. I called enterprise and instantly was assured they could get me in a car up and running. Upon arriving Daniel M the assistant manager helped me out and got me running up to speed quick! I sincerely appreciate Enterprise's willingness to get me in a vehicle as quick as possible. “We landed at the airport late in the evening on a Friday night a few weeks ago with two crabby kids under age 4, and saw the line at Fox, the rental car agency we had booked at. It was at least a 2 hour wait. We cancelled and booked at Alamo, no line, no wait, and cheaper even than Fox. The young man working the counter was so incredibly kind and professional. I cannot recall his name but it starts with a J (perhaps Jamal?). He was so courteous and helpful. Will absolutely be using Alamo again. Thank you!!”
“When I arrived in SEA airport and approached the line at around 9:10am, the line was a *bit* long.
Fortunately, after it was stuck for a bit, the line started to move more quickly. It seemed the staff was doing all they can to move the line forward.
The person I spoke to, (Lee) to get my car, apologized for the wait time and was courteous from the beginning. They also upgraded my standard midsize sedan for a BMW SUV! I'm quite happy with the purchase.
One thing I will point out though...there are some tricky "sales tactics" they use to get you to buy more. Things like them filling the gas for you at end of trip, and collision damage...they may even "slip" it past you, and you may pay for it if you're not careful. So be aware of that and you'll be good.”
“I have Never Had Such Good Service from a Car Rental Place. Sam the manager here goes beyond the duties of her job.. Not only did she find the perfect truck for me to rent, but also called to make sure our family fit in the truck and offered to swap into another one if needed. She was engaged with us every step of the way. Always called back when promised . Excellent customer service. This Gal is going places in her career .. hopefully Enterprise can notice and take action and cherish these talents .”

She is super professional, very personable and works hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible without missing a beat. You can tell she not only takes quality care of any and all customers that come in but also the people that work for her. “We had THE MOST amazing trip with our camper jeep!! Went all around Olympic National Park, and this Jeep had everything we could possibly need. Sleeping in the camper was ridiculously comfortable for 2 people. The host was reliable and replied super fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better and more beautiful experience!”

I ‘ve had good experiences with Jake, He’s made money for the company and also put himself in customer shoes too, Geico paid for car rental 30 days, Jake was able to help w my car rental, He provides exceptional services and understands customers needs.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE w ISRAEL
Israel provided a dead soul customer services . In Dec I went to pick up the car in kent enterprises Israel gave a big truck 4X4 for my heights 4’11 ( I would need a stair) plus additional charges. I asked Isareal if he has smaller car , he said no more cars . Isreal did not bother to asked his peer if there is eye other car available . He was more about making $ ,
Few minutes his peer ( female worker walked up behind to Israel told him give me the SUV I was so relieve someone was listens to my pleas.
March 1st I wanted to change out to smaller car and I had booked it from March 1st -March 8h, I called in to confirmed Isareal answers the phone said the smaller car I had originally booked will not be available till Sunday March 3rd,
He did not explained the reason or provide good explanations , his attitude was like a robot “ Sunday or no car at all “. After I got off phone w isareal I had my friend called into enterprise spoke to another gal finally was able to pick the smaller car on March 1st . How it is my friend was able to get the car for me March 1st with enterprise gal and Isareal didn’t do a thing . This explained isreal isn’t helpful at all .I wish enterprise has recorded all the conversations .. listen to my phone conversation took place w Isareal.
Isreal .. why are you in customer service business if you don’t have the gift of helping customer ? Go find yourself new job, you’re making enterprise looks bad…

“The staff here is great. I have a narrow car port so when making my reservation I asked about the width of the cars, the employee looked it up and helped me pick a car that would be easy to park. Two weeks later I had to switch cars and they remembered that car size was a concern of mine.”

“I can't say enough great things about Ana! I was unfortunately misinformed about something over the phone by another agent and when I arrived to the counter a 11pm I was unable to rent a car. Ana went way above and beyond to help me find a vehicle, walking with me to every car rental counter, speaking to each of them to explain my situation. She wasn't able to get me a rate as good as hers but I am so grateful she took the time to make sure my daughter and I wouldn't be stranded at the airport. Ana, you are so amazing!
