“They got us in for an emergency tire repair Labour Day Saturday. Saved the day...saved the weekend since we live closer to Seattle. They were really busy, but made it work and didn't "pick our pockets"....they were totally fair. Family run business with the daughter and her 3 brothers amongst the people busting their butts...on a long holiday. Good..honest...fair; a rarity in today's service industry. 5 stars all the way!”

“I ordered 2 OCV for my 2018 WRX from the Subaru dealer and I forgot to order new gaskets/o-rings though. I searched and with shipping, the dealer wanted almost $30. I felt that was ridiculous so I continued searching. I came across AEP and they had the gaskets, including shipping for just over $15 which is half the price as the dealer!!!
The dealer who sent me the 2 OCV messed up and only sent me 1, I received my order complete from AEP before even receiving my other OCV from the dealer and I live on the other side of the country!
Everything was packaged well and as far as I can tell, they are genuine Subaru parts. AEP even sent me a pen in my order, the pen seems to be of good quailty as well, not just some cheap one you would get at the bank lol.
Any future purchases for any of my vehicles, AEP will be the first place I look!!!

“I brought my 2019 jeep wrangler Rubicon in for work recently. It's far from stock as it's lifted 10" and on 43" tall tires ? Alex was happy to take charge of the work needed. He found worn and broken steering components. A differential locker actuator was failing. Timing cover was also leaking. There were a few other things he managed to find. He replaced and fixed all parts for me. I'm super happy/impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. I will be returing with all my vehicles.
The best part for me as a customer? He managed to get my extended warrenty information. He made them pay for all the work. ?? Thanks again Alex!”

She contacted our repair coverage to determine the cost. She also arranged for a ride home for me when the repair had to be finished the next day. I can’t thank Motor Trucks International enough. Right before our planned trip to Alaska, with our 5th wheel RV on a ferry out of Bellingham, we discovered a broken weld on one of our slide retractor arms. I called several places with no luck and then one of the businesses suggested I call Motor Trucks International. I called and spoke with Joyce and she indicated if I brought the RV into them within the next couple ours they should be able to do the repair for us. I showed up and met the Service Manager, Justin as well as Brian who would actually perform the welding. Upon inspection they noticed that all four connection points for the two slides were only spot welded so they suggested adding a small steel plate at each location to provide additional strength, which I obviously agreed to. By late afternoon the work was finished and we were able to depart for Alaska a couple days later as planned. Joyce, Justin and Brian were very personable and helpful and I highly recommend Motor Trucks International for various type of RV maintenance and repair.”

As I already knew they provide insurance services I felt it would be a better option to deal with them because they have a very good reputation as a company. My agent was the same woman who served me for acquiring the membership so we already had a good communication level and I was finished ✅ with my renewal in 10 minutes. Highly recommended”
“Really exceptional customer service from Les Schwab! Canadian here. Had a really rough day getting through the border for my nexus interview then punctured my tire with a nail immediately afterwards. Les Schwab got me in to have the tire patched for free and really turned the day around. My tire was fixed and mounted with the spare stowed in less time then I could have lunch across the street. Huge shout out to Caleb and Owen for the awesome service! It’s been ages since I’ve felt like a business was just doing something kind without any strings attached and it really meant a lot. “I was traveling the country and noticed a sound coming from the rear of my Tacoma. I knew I had to get it looked at and went to cornerstone since I was going to Vancouver BC. I talked to Kelley and expressed my concern and to see if the shop could inspect the rear ujoints. Although he was busy for the Labor Day weekend, he acknowledged that this was urgent so he did take my truck out for a test drive and confirmed the issue and recommended a few places that may help me.
His honesty and care for my situation is highly respected. I am grateful to have gone to him because he pointed me in the right direction-to Rich at driveline not far from him. If I lived here or anytime I come through, I’ll definitely go to Kelley for anything I need.”
