“One of my Goodyear Assurance Comfortred Tires got a bolt embedded in the center of the tread. Even though it was 4 years old, it only had 28K miles on it and I was figuring to get another 25K miles out of it. I took it to the Goodyear dealer and was told it could not be repaired. They also said that Road Hazard Insurance had not been purchased with the tires. Now, I'm fairly experienced in automotive matters, so I called "b*llsh*t" on their diagnosis and took it to Les Schwab in Covington. The tech looked at the tire and said, "Yeah, we can fix that for you." They were swamped with work, and I didn't have an appt, so they told me it would be a couple of hours before they could get to it. I left the tire there and went shopping for a few hours. It took closer to 3 hours, but they patched it up and you can't even tell where the bolt was. I offered to pay for the repair since the tire was not a product sold by Les Schwab, but they said it was complimentary. I asked them to show me what tires they sell to fit my Camry and they happily showed me their Road Control and Reputation tires, both of which looked very good. They also showed me their warranty which includes No Hassle Road Hazard protection at no added cost. Although I don't have any complaints about the Goodyear tires that are on my car, I'd rate their customer service as poor at best. You can bet that when I need a new set of tires in a few years my first stop will be Les Schwab in Covington.”

“As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how clean the lot was. When I entered the store the first impression was well maintained. Waiting area was clean with many chairs for customers to sit in.
I was greeted by the manager, as he confirmed my needs for the day, he also offered to do complete check of my GMC. took my information and said they will get me done as quickly as they can. As I went to waiting area, I asked for password for Wi-Fi, he said no password needed. This is very nice to have as a working person.
As I tried to get the TV to get a local news channel for a guest waiting, it was rather difficult as they were on Dish Network, this was only complaint I would have.
Once my vehicle was done, I was given information on possible upcoming needs on my GMC. Service was very good.”
