“So I had a couple of experiences with these guys in the last few months. 1st time I had an external portable drive freeze up on me. So I took it in. I had Will helping me and he tried to save the data. To no avail. It was history. However he said he was ONLY going to charge me if he could “save the data”. Which I thought was a unique and awesome policy and gesture and very welcomed ! Then today, I brought him my broken laptop and they were able to save the data off the hard drive and load it onto a thumb drive!! These guys are so passionate and interested in helping you solve the problem! They truly care and it’s so unbelievably refreshing to find that these days!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the guys atComputer Concepts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I got a call back shortly thereafter and excellent phone support resolved my issue quickly and efficiently without having to bring my computer in to the shop. I really appreciated that since this occurred during quarantine.”
