“This was my first time at Deer Park Diesel. Having a shop that is close and does quality work is a huge benefit vs driving into Spokane. They did a courtesy vehicle inspection along with changing the fluid in the Transmission, Differentials, Brake Fluid and transfer case. The communication was great and they provided updates and pictures along the way. Pictures of the oil and the condition were provided for all fluids changed. I definitely recommend Deer Park Diesel to anyone looking for a local shop who does excellent work with lots of communication. I will definitely be back for future services.”

“went in there today to get an axle bearing and retainer pressed on my jeep axle. I had already removed the old one. I walked in and Fred looked at it and took it back and in less than 5 minutes he was done! and he refused to take any money for the little time it took him to do it! nobody does that anymore, and with a smile! “Absolutely amazing service!
I was struggling to afford an oil change (spare money? in this economy??) and they saved me so much. I was quoted for $190 in Cheney as "the cheapest place around!" and decided to ask around my work. my boss told me about this place saying it's the best for more than reasonable prices.
I got a full service synthetic oil change for $77, they even cleaned my car a bit like what? I don't even do that.
The employees are really nice and patient, even if you're dumb like me and have no idea about cars.
THEY EVEN DO THOSE COFFEE PLACE PUNCH CARDS 5 SERVICES AND THE NEXT IS FREE.

“Tom replaced the motor in our Subaru Tribeca. We previously brought it to another ship in Spokane and the quote was over $5,000 for a motor with over 150,000 miles on it. Tom put in a motor with about 40,000 miles on it, replaced the timing chain and gears, water pump, rear main seal, plugs, all seals, hoses and gaskets, basically everything, but the valves, pistons and camshaft was replaced. He also put a power steering pump in it and replaced the front struts/alignment… All this was about the same price the other shop was going to charge for swapping the engine with one that had more miles on it than the vehicle. Tom was very fair, he kept us updated on progress and got the job done right! We were very happy with Tom, and we found our new mechanic.”

“I went to Deer Park Auto Body for repair of a damaged tail gate on my Chevrolet pickup.
They were totally wonderful , professional and honest .
The repair was on time , the cost was as per the estimate and the finish time was exactly when they said it would be done .
The paint was a perfect match and the quality of work was premium.
After I picked up my pickup I realized that the receiver hitch for my boat was missing.
I thought I had removed it prior to taking it in but I called the shop to check to see if they happened to have it.
They couldn’t find it but checked their before and after pictures of the vehicle and told me it was on the truck when I brought it in and immediately said they would reimburse me for a new receiver.

Great shop, premium quality , personable professional but above all honest.

“I read some reviews and decided to take a transmission in for a repair he said he was busy, but he could get it done in the next couple of days. He had it finished the next day, and it's still doing great ?. I've been back countless times and leave happy every time oh and the prices are almost half of the dealerships. The review that the barney guy left was hilarious. How would any mechanic know that your radiator was going to spring a leak and your thermostat was going to fail??? His air filter and clutch fan also faild??? Again, it's not part of getting an oil change! What's going on Barney is that you should know the difference between an oil change and inspection, and being able to tell the future. If you want your future read, go see a fortune teller. Bottom line, everyone at Hayes auto was nice, and the price was excellent.”

“Todd and his son are incredible. Todd told me to come on in, and he'd take care of us...Man of his Word! Folks left Texas headed up to Spokane to visit us. The compressor went out in 104° on the 1st day of 4. Called Todd, and they got my folks fixed up in short order once they arrived. I and my folks are thankful and very impressed with Todd & son at Sharp Auto. Can't say enough good things about them.”

They replaced the pinion bearing on the rear end of my 2013 f350 6.7. this part was supposed to be replaced by A1 transmission but come to find out they never did. So Dierks got the job done. wish I would have brought my truck there from the get go.”
