“I've been a member of Red Canoe since there inception. Red Canoe Credit Union is small enough and spread out in perfect locations too. 15th Ave in Longview, Allen St in Kelso, and Front St in Castle Rock. Excuse me if my age is showing but I keep thinking there was a branch in the Fred Meyer shopping center off State RT 4, otherwise known as Ocean Beach Highway. If anyone can verify that, or shoot it down I welcome you to respond. I've been commuting from Centralia to the Red Canoe in Castle Rock for month's now. I just hate the thought of leaving them but with the price of gas and not quite getting around like I used to I feel it's time.lol I moved here over four years ago now. It's hard to believe how time flies but I never had a bad experience with anyone..."Anyone" at either Red Canoe Credit Union Branch. They made me feel like I was a part of the family. Thank you my friends for ? ? what has to be close to 20 years of putting up with me.. “Relatively new guy, here at Key Bank Longview branch. Opening this account was prompted by information provided to me, that wasn't true. I asked if Key Bank, could exchange foreign currency, specifically Ukrainian. I was told yes, they could, so I opened an account. When I returned with the currency, they couldn't do anything with it, besides question next in charge, & so on, scratching their head. That was not a surprise, as it's likely they handle no foreign currency. I understand the employees efforts to please a customer, sometimes without full knowledge of services available to an individual, and likely, was not addressed in any training efforts by management? I could've told you what to do with it, but I wasn't offered money to open my account.. lol.! Subsequent visits have resulted in outstanding services. Race, you're doing fantastic in the hurdles you face, pleasant disposition, every time. “Fast clean and never have a problem but the drive through could be a lil wider my truck barely fits especially when you go to pull out cuz you have to turn to the right but keep the car straight so you don't hit the curb”
