She gave me excellent information on e-accounts, how to prevent future credit card compromise and how to prevent subscriptions and end them. She should be a person to present programs to senior citizens groups. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel stupid for having to reach out for help. Peggy is truly a valuable employee.”
