“This is long overdue. I got a new phone at the Burlington, WA AT&T Store and switched from an android phone to an iPhone. I am not a “techie” and I had some serious concerns about getting and using a new phone with all the apps, and switching from android to iPhone.
I was helped by Brent Drake who obviously was used to helping people like me before. He made sure I was comfortable with the phone choice (iPhone 15 plus) then proceeded to set up my new phone. He was able to transfer all the apps, etc. I was able to do my basic function as soon as I got in the car. Over the past few months I have taken two airplane trips and used all my airline, travel and hotel apps. Brent was pleasant and reassuring. After a few months of using the phone, I found that he was true to his word and that I actually like using an iPhone.
Although Brent told me to come back if I had any problems or question, I have not been back. Brent was a great sales representative, who not only sold me a new phone but made sure I was able to function as I walked out of the store.”
