Oh, their ATM frequently has problems. The staff is nice and friendly. They have a change machine without a fee as long as you're a member.”

“Not sure what the deal is with all the negativity in the reviews. I've been banking at this WF branch for over 6 months and never had an issue. No complaints over wait time, the tellers are very professional and kind, not to mention most if not all the tellers are bilingual in several languages. Everytime I have had to sit down at a computer with someone for anything other than deposits and withdrawals such as issues with online banking and updating information in case per se you forget your password and don't have the same number on fille or address, etc. they are very professional and kind. They even exchanged a severely mutilated $100 bill for me so I didn't have to mail it into the treasury. I appreciate this greatly during a time when finances were tight. I feel like this branch went above and beyond for me so I don't understand the bad rap. I also observe how they treat customers, you can tell that they have built positive relations with the community. I felt obliged to post this because their rating is stupid and you shouldn't let it affect your decision to utilize this branch”
“I was walking by with my dog and this guy was totally out of pocket yelling at a short lady by the door. They had been closed for maybe 10 minutes at that point and he was hella heated they wouldnt reopen just for him as if he's so special that the hours don't apply to him. Anyway, she was a champ and didn't get mad back, just calming saying they can't assist as they're closed and they need to let people out that had been there since before they closed. Not sure what the dudes problem was but his poor planning isn't their fault and they were super kind even while getting yelled at. I don't know who you are short lady, but way to stand up to a bully!”
