Never anticipate having a phone conversation with anyone. Just automated bots claiming to have everything in stock when they don't. Sadly, they won't let you speak to anyone!

I ordered pictures online, then when I arrived was told they weren't able to print them due to lack of materials. The employees were not empowered to make it right for the customer.

For Medicare insurance, CVS will only take at-home COVID test orders at the store in person, not online. For others, on-line ordering is available, when in stock. It's absurd to put the most vulnerable population at this risk. Also, phone wait times are often in hours, not minutes.
