“I have seen a vast shift in the customer service ever since the new management took over! My siblings and I come here often for all our needs, and if there is something specific we are looking for the manager always goes that extra mile to order it in for us. The gas prices are always the best and it is truly a one stop shop. The environment of the store is very welcoming and many of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Amazing job! Keep it up!”

“Hands down the best self service car wash in the Seattle area. Features include super high pressure rinse, tire degreaser, foaming suds with wax option, and (best feature) the engine degreaser. A bit of elbow grease and my car was better than any auto wash place. There is an auto wash option if you decide to skip the elbow grease... Price is reasonable for the manual service.”

“Friendly cashiers welcomed me upon walking through the door. Inside was a bit outdated but nonetheless clean, orderly, and had an abundance of different products. (specifically 9 different flavors of Mountain Dew). Checking out was quick as well as informative as the cashier was more then helpful in regards to 7-Elevens rewards program. I will return often choosing this store for my convenience purchases.”

“I like CVS pharmacy. I fill prescriptions and get my vaccinations there. They have really friendly staff in the pharmacy. In particular, Tuan works hard and is very friendly. Tuan filled my prescriptions yesterday using the drive through--I love that amenity. Tuan was the only person working in the pharmacy and he was really polite.Today I came in late for my flu and Covid vaccines and Tuan was super cool about my being late for my appointment. He administered both vaccines and I felt no pain. It seemed like a really professional operation.As I was walking out feeling pretty pleased with my experience, the nice woman working up front at the register wished me a good night and I really appreciated that too! Burien has a great CVS”

“I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.”

“Good gas prices and more recently I’ve been encountering pretty friendly staff. It’s a good spot to pickup whatever you might need while you’re on the go.They don’t have the tap and pay on the gas pumps, just FYI for all those mobile wallet users who like to use any of the tap and pay apps like Apple Pay or google pay, etc etc but that’s ok, the store is usually open to be able to pay inside if needed (for using cash or the tap and pay method) only cards at the pump though:)Also, apparently they have a car wash. I’ve never seen it up and running though. It’d be nice if it would be open/is open and working since it’s in such a convenient location.”

“Walgreens in Burien on Ambaum, fantastic staffn and service! They always have my medicine, and they fill it the same day my Dr. sends in my prescription. They answer their phone AND the young lady at the window, she provides superb customer service. She took the time to look up a discount, I mean that means a lot when you don't have coverage. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! I appreciate them.”

“We made the appointment for my husband to get his COVID booster shot at this CVS Pharmacy before I had read all the negative reviews. Since we had never been to this CVS before, we almost cancelled his appointment after reading the reviews, but it had been so difficult to schedule and this was the only pharmacy anywhere near us that had appointments available until mid-January. So, it was with some trepidation that we arrived for his appointment today. Scheduling online had been fairly easy and we checked in by instant message on the phone when we got there. Checked in in person with a friendly attendant and at the exact time for his appointment, the nurse who was administering the shots called his name. She was very very friendly and efficient and after a couple minutes it was all done. We waited the prescribed fifteen minutes before leaving and I picked up a couple items on the way out. In spite of what another reviewer had stated, the store was very clean and has self-checkout machines, but I went directly to the cashier who was friendly and I made my purchases with no problem. So, it was a very positive experience overall. We'll be back to this pharmacy for sure.”
