“I've had a really great experience with this credit union, and I have used them for two car loans. My truck was totaled and the gap insurance, Safe-Guard Gap, is dragging their feet on covering the gap(will never use them again), but my payment with Harborstone is due and I walked in and the manager, Dennis, was very helpful. He informed me of what will be happening with this loan, and he made me feel much better about not being able to cover my loan and told me that he will note my account so I don't get collector calls because of my situation. I have had great experiences both in person and over the phone and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.”

“I had such a positive experience with Ayda K. at this location that I felt compelled to leave a review and say that she provided the most patient, kind, and comprehensive customer service that I have received in years. Maybe ever. She is seriously the best! So kind. I had a variety of really confusing account questions, which she walked me through with such empathy and patience. Once that was finished, I was interested in another BECU service. She stayed with me through the process, despite my appointment having gone long over our alloted time. We were able to complete the application and also move some things around in my accounts all in the same appointment, so everything was taken care of in one visit. Ayda deserves a raise!”
“Khal Jones at The Renton location was excellent. He helped me through a lot of problems and we came up with a solution that was perfect for my new business which is a HELOC a low interest rate right now it's at 8%. That's better than credit card stacking and loans and stuff like that that I can do for my business. He was just very good at what he did and I would suggest people coming here to the Qualstar room branch for even their personal accounts”

“I can't tell you how great this bank is....I had to set up an estate account and am clueless regarding anything to do with finances. I had tried at another bank but came back to Tukwila. I had always banked there and had such good experiences I though, even though the estate was in another state I could at least know that the staff were good. Ashnil and Rob Williams (manager) set me up, explained the process so I understood it and were both kind and fun to work with...always available to answer all of my weird questions. I learned alot about how convoluted the system is and how good it is to have a bank that is able to walk you through all of the baloney. Between Asnil, Rob and Jose I was able to get through a ridiculous process without losing all of my sanity!! Thank you guys for your help!”

Any complications I've had with going on line your online people have a fabulous about helping me. When I go inside to the South Hill Puyallup branch I don't think I've ever had better service and when I get from the ones inside behind the desk. Your drive up windows are good too. “I had the best experience at this BECU! My mom and I stumbled into this location and we are glad we did, because we met Zee F. Zee helped us transfer funds, change an address and renew ATM cards while we talked about Andrea Bocelli, traveling, and food. It seemed like Zee was genuinely interested in my mother and me. Not only did Zee offer excellent customer service, but other BECU employees were kind and acknowledged us right away. We felt welcomed there. I highly recommend going to this location and meeting Zee!! She is the absolute best and super knowledgable.”

“We've been banking with Sound for 8 years and they've been great. We've never done a loan or anything like that. Just checking and savings. Oh, their ATM frequently has problems. The staff is nice and friendly. They have a change machine without a fee as long as you're a member.”
