“Rented a car from Hertz, flew into SeaTac. Due to the reviews of this location, I was very hesitant. However, I am happy to say the staff there was absolutely wonderful and the car worked great. I want to provide a major shout out to JOE! Very personable, and made the rental process a breeze. I was exhausted and up for over 24 hours, and he had me laughing feeling like I just woke up. Car was as expected, no issues and worked for a drive into Seattle. Drop off went very smoothly as well. Received deposit back in a timely manner.”
