They got me in the day I called.
They replaced a window I brought the glass with me. We had it taken apart, and he took it that way. I was charged the price I was quoted. And it was done early. The restroom for the public was beautiful and clean. I was impressed. Highly recommended.”
“I put a boo boo on my brand new car and was heart sick. I got several estimates in the area, but I should have gone straight to Sonic. Not only were they the most reasonable ,they were the most honest with what was necessary. They actually came in under the original quote because once they got into it, they could see it wasn't as bad as it could have been. One local highly rated shop's quote was 4 times what I paid Sonic. Part of it is because there was a teeny tiny dent that all the others said would require a whole section of the car to be repainted and decals replaced. Sonic did some kind of magic and you can't even tell. I am eternally grateful I was able to pay oop and avoid having an insurance claim.”

“I picked up my car from FASS and almost wanted to cry with relief. They did such an incredible job on the repair, and communicated every step of this process. The car was literally glittering in the sun when I laid eyes on it. They also deep cleaned my tires and they look brand new. “10/10 would recommend, the service was speedy and the people were friendly. I needed my headliner replaced on my 2012 Honda, they did just that and cleaned my sun roof track and gutter. They worked with me and stayed longer so I was able to make it to drop my car off and worked with my work schedule so I could pick it up over the weekend if needed. Overall a great experience.”

“I was not happy having a brand new car that I just recently broke in, get a rock chip in the windshield. I had Safelite attempt to fix the chip, but being towards the edge it ended up spreading. 1 week later I show up to have it replaced. Having a brand new 2025, sporty fast car, I was nervous with letting a technician drive my car. It took months to get my specific car from the other side of the country and having someone else drive something I am so proud to have after working and saving for years just scares me. After meeting the technician Jared, all that fear was lifted. He has owned similar cars and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Treats all cars as if they are 1 of 1 in the world and was very professional and knowledgeable. I hope I don’t see them again, but if I need future service, you can bet I will be going here again.”

“Staff was very friendly and professional. The repair came out almost perfect, and I am very satisfied. My only complaint is that I would have preferred more communication during the repair. Towards the end of the repair, I was told it might be done on a Friday but they would let me know if it weren't going to be completed. I never got the call, but it was finished on Monday.
Other than that, I would use them again.”
