“This is what you expect from a franchise sandwich shop but with a local twist. My favorite part is the chance to get asada or adobada as your meat choice. They also have pineapple as a choice for a topping along, with other spicy condiments that would only make sense to the Pasco market. They are quick and efficient. Went during peak lunch time and came out fast with a quality sub! Bilingual employees too!”

“A grocery store near our rental house. Was open at the time we needed, 7:30pm. One door was locked so entrance was at one end. The store is small but has everything you could want. The cashier was friendly and kind. People had dogs in the store, it didn’t bother us. We only needed a few things. Has all grocery store essentials just at a smaller scale. We needed dairy free or alternative milks and creamers and they did not have it”

“Fiesta Foods is always busy and packed. So if in a hurry not the best place to stop. However I have never had a bad experience. People are nice and friendly. Great meat department. They have amazing deals every week. Definitely go experience it for yourself”
“The employees that I come across on the floor are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. Love that they have everything that I need and some extras that I can't find elsewhere along with a great deli and fresh seafood and meat counter! A little on the pricey side so I don't do my main grocery shopping here but great for picking up a few things or a special treat.”

“I love this store I've shooed here for years, but I just started buying my dog food here. It's the same price as Ranch and Home just saves me a trip. I do have one suggestion and that would be that BRITE light that's on the back of your store, well I suggest that gets covered or a different shade of white. That's very dangerous for coming around the bend in front of the store or even on the highway. It blinds you. So just for everyone's safety, I think we would all appreciate it. Thank you so much and I love what you've done with your store I will always shop here and highly recommend it! Very clean and friendly.”

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood pretty much my whole life and I was so sad when the company changed from the people that had ran it for pretty much my whole life but as soon as Jacksons took over, it felt like home again! “Love most of the team members at the Pasco Albertsons store, but sure wish they were better at answering the phone there! Today it rang 15 times before someone answered, but at least someone answered. Two times in the past four months I have had to actually drive to the store to see if they carried an item I needed - because when I called the phone just rang and rang and rang. When I mentioned this to the team member who checked me out, she said the bakery folks are supposed to answer the phone, but they don't like to so a lot of times they just let it keep ringing and hope someone else will answer. I don't know if that's for real, but I think answering the phone in any customer-service environment is very important - maybe management needs to address this with all team members. That said, most of the team members at the checkout stands as well as management, the deli, and the produce area are always friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that.”

“I visited the Burbank WA store on Friday, 3/4/22 @ 11:00am. The customer service was excellent. Shelves were well stocked and the store was clean. I wish i got the names of the two ladies that stopped everything to help me find an item. They are the reason for my 5 star review.”
